A Hologram For The King
Tom Hanks movie so I gave it a go.
Even my wife said, "this is a chick flick, what are you doing watching it?"
She was right, pretty much sucked.

I like pretty much everything posted here.
Last song reminds me of U2 a bit for some reason - at the start at least.
Will defs check this one out...

The Purge Election Year. Not bad, More of the same.
The Nice Guys - Meh, didn't really come off. OK, but nothing special.
The Answer - average. Kind of a very B grade "Wanted" without any of the good bits lol
-
Taken 2
Enjoyed it more than the first time I watched it.

I'm obviously not in to NFL either, but it's a great show. Not all that much centres around the game.

Armageddon.
For some reason I usually see this around 30 mins to an hour in.Good to see it from the start.
Still holds up well.

The Bourne Identity.
Because it was on and I started watching it and then ended up watching it all lol

Red Poison looks good to me

Always came off as folky AOR to me.
I tried really hard to get in to their albums, but never could.
Check out "Blood From Stone" as it is excellent and the only release worth having....
I did try that, but I was listening to 4? albums at the same time which was a mistake.
Maybe I'll try again with BFS.
And this new one does sond pretty good.
Frustrating because every time I listened I felt like I was really going to like it but it never really clicked...

It actually sounds pretty decent.
Just not the type of music I'm interested in much at the moment.
Will keep Stryper fans who like the heavier stuff very happy...

Not by me.
Totally killer album. Perfect example of an artist sitting on a heap of awesome material which is incompatible with the band they are in.
The follow up had a few good songs but paled in comparison.

One of the local TV stations down here has been showing repeats of "Diff'rent Strokes". It's up to the latter part of the series with the little red haired kid, Sam (Danny Cooksey). I knew he'd appeared briefly in "Terminator 2"
He was the main kids best friend.
Funny, I was watching that show just the other day.

Give me All This And Heaven Too over this.
Pretty much Stryper music, which is OK, but I seem to have moved from the screaming Michael Sweet vocals.

Not a big Micth Malloy fan, but I don't dislike his stuff.
This I like though.

For me it was a good candidate for the big screen regardless of how good/bad it was.
Just that type of movie that's gonna impress on a big scale.
I went in thinking it would be basically a second rate copy of the first movie, but in a lot of ways I enjoyed it more.

Saw Independence Day:Resurgence tonight.
Thought it was really excellent. In the same vein as the first one, a bit corny at times.
When I was googling if there was a bit after the credits I noticed that all the links came up were slamming the hell out of the movie, which surprised me.
There's no bit after the credits

Runner Runner.
second time and enjoyed this as much.

I saw The Angels with Dave Gleeson.
Went in VERY skeptical but he was amazing.
Angels sounded better than even and had a stage presence again.
In that case it was easier to deal with because Doc died.
