  1. Hmmm i don't know Steve Salas or Honeymoon Suite. Yeah Van Halen i agree with but Dream Theater i'm unsure about. Each release has it's strong points and the last one was pretty dam good. I think they are about even throughout their career but i'm not massively in to what they do. Haven't heard Saigon Kick in decades! Must re-listen soon and Wig Wam i've only heard Non Stop Rock N Roll which i thought was great so must spin the debut soon!
  2. Good call on Dio, Allen/Lande, Asia, Babylon AD, Boston, Crown of Thorns. I'm not familiar with Tyketto, Marillion, Fish, Nelson or Pride of Lions. I did think about Danger Danger. Screw It! was a pretty strong release so was a undecided.
  3. Vain and Gotthard i agree with. Good call. I did think about Firehouse but discounted them because their second for me was about as good as the first. Enuff Z Nuff's Strength was the best for me. Haven't heard any Blue Tears and i'm not really a fan of the rest. I'll throw in Guns N Roses and Dan Reed Network and two other bands that aren't really suited to this forum Bullet For My Valentine and Trivium.
  4. I've been thinking about this and a few people have mentioned that Bon Jovi's and Skid Row's debuts were their best albums which they never eclipsed. Does everyone agree with that and who else never matched that magic debut?

  8. Prey is great album, i especially like Poisoned By Love, Love Me or Leave Me and Wild Reaction. Great tracks.
  9. Love this! Acoustic rock.
  10. ...and Hagar still sounds good
  11. It's astounding how many artists can't cut it live isn't it? I recently listened to Cinderella's Stripped live album and the vocals are terrible. Anyway i digress, Crazy Lixx hopefully won't release a live album then
  12. Axel Rudi Pell - Magic Moments (25th Anniversary Special Show) Bad Touch - Half Way Home Baldrs Draumar - Aldgillissoan
  13. Wow that is a hell of an improvement from the debut. I should pay attention to Glen
  14. That sounds promising and i don't mind the sax at all. The sharing of the vocals between the guy and the gal works pretty well.
  15. I prefer the Crazy Lixx version and i think the guy sings good

  20. I was just looking for a jpeg of Sinful Kixx - All Sinners Ain't Bad without much success when i noticed that there was an auction on ebay for a copy with a price tag of $899. Wowser is it really worth that much? because i think i have a copy i bought at a gig in 1992!
