Yes. I am going on the Saturday only. Not due to band selection, but because that's the only day I can make. Should be good to see Care of Night, Vega and Dan Reed Network. Also interested to see Peterik live as have never seen him before - hopefully he will have some guest singers and a Survivor heavy set :-) I hope Vega will play a full set Glen ;-) not sure though since it's a festival but should be longer than last time you saw them

Was this posted before? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrVxFfOXKkk -
I think for the general public it's been like this for YEARS already, when they say Bon Jovi = Jon Bon Jovi for them there's no difference

Ousey's voice doesn't really gel with me, I liked him when he sang AOR styled tracks with Heartland but believe his voice sounds kinda misplaced in a rock setting

I sure hope so. His voice was one of the main reasons the Diamond Dawn album didn't really do much for me. Shame cause some of those songs were really cool -
Listened to the Saturday / Sunday track whatever it's called yesterday, really boring. Is ''We Don't Run'' better? Can't listen to it right now... But why do they promote this as an ''album for the fans'' then what have all their previous albums been??? I can't blame Jon or the band for trying to change their sound, people change and that's ok for a band that's been around for 3 decades. But is it too much to ask to grow some balls once in a while and rock out??

Why would you do that??? hahahaha Can you delete your ad again?

The first H.E.A.T. record and George Lynch's ''Sacred Groove'' -
Turkish band, just what we needed... Tunes sound okay

Nice list of names there, any samples out yet?
-
He keeps releasing so much stuff that I lost track (not that I wanna listen to what he has to offer these days) but apart from the name of the project the music is always the same, whether it's labeled as ''George Lynch'' , ''Lynch Mob'' or ''Lynch / Sweet'' or whatever name he comes up with (okay the album with Sweet is ''unique'' in the sense that it features a famous voice)

Yeah, the five of them made Gn'R what it was ... they all brought something to the table, and the band was never the same once the original line-up fractured. Except for maybe Steven Adler

Too bad... I'll fly to Atlanta and rent a car there there

The bigger chains probably, yeah. But sure there's gotta be a couple places with used CD bins or something, those are far more interesting anyway

I hope this is the right section of the forum. Here's what's up, I'll be in the US this September (mainly New York) and was wondering are there any stores you recommend visiting? Secondhand stores, pawn shops whateverr... would be greatly appreciated thanks

Gary Moore - Wild Frontier Bad Company - Dangerous Age -
Still not sure, bought the album despite the negative comments cause I wanted to have all of Ozzy's albums and form my own opinion. The melodic aspect of some songs is pretty cool like the title track or Shot In the Dark like I've mentioned. But then there's also songs like Secret Loser and Thank God For The Bomb which...... I don't know how to put it but I think are unintentionally funny. When Ozzy sings ''I'm a secret loser!!'' or ''Thank God for the Bomb!!'' .... just not cool man haha.

Are you trolling here, mate ? Ultimate sin is my favorite Ozzy + Guitarist + you name it! Secret loser easily in my list of the songs I listen to naked and drink champagne without the flute glass. I can't listen almost to anything else from ozzy. I think consensus on Ultimate Sin is that it ain't that great as an album. Some songs are good (like Shot In The Dark for example, although it sounded MUCH better live!! Check out the version from the Moscow Peace Festival) but as an album it just doesn't hold up to Ozzy's other classic work
