The third album will never happen. Quite a few tracks for it have showed their faces on various band members solo albums over the years already. Plus the only way it would get released is if the record label either releases it themselves (highly unlikely) or gives up the masters and rights to the songs (unlikely) or the band completely re-records them (once again, unlikely). Funnily enough I was reading up on this a few days ago.

This song was my introduction to the band so has always been one of my faves.

I think he had mostly been doing stuff with Skintrade in recent times, but he did post on FB a month or so ago that they were laying the band to rest. "ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END,,,,, As of yesterday we have decided to disband and to put Skintrade to its final rest. We want to sincerely thank our fans for sticking with us throughout the years and we have nothing but respect and love for you guys.This is a joint and completely amicable decision by all members of the band . We look forward to seeing you all again in some other shape or form soon . Peace , love and respect Skintrade" He also did what I think was a solo album back in 2021 called Shake my blood. Only physical copies were available at shows, otherwise digital only and he says he does not know if he will have anymore copies made.

I know a few people on here won't listen to songs unless they are sung in English, but I have always been of the mind that as long as it sounds good, listening to foreign language songs is not different to listening to an instrumental. Some of my more recent foreign language bands have included Indian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish (Mexican variant), but in the last week or so I have been listening to a lot of Mongolian rock. It's very different compared to most rock and metal as they use traditional Mongolian instruments, but fuck me some of it is catchy. First band that introduced me is The Hu (not The Who). And from that I also found Uuhai. The Hu have been getting quite a lot of attention recently and a few of their songs were reworked for deluxe editions of their albums, including western singers from the likes of Halestorm and Papa Roach among others. $43 against the £95 for the Black Sabbath 4CD boxsets which come with no bonus material (well as far as songs go) ... just reinforces how much of a rip off any of those Sabbath sets are.

I keep meaning to pick up the album, but had that song since the early 90s on a Metal Hammer compilation.

After a first spin I have to say it's ok but not great. Beyond a few songs it doesn't really sound like classic Gun. Will probably take a few more spins to fully dig in.

Love Once is not enough. I remember buying the Japanese version around 2002/2003 as I saw it cheap on eBay. Friend of mine had a radio show at the time and she would often play Lily so though I would give them a go even though it wasn't on this album. Bought their entire catalogue except Mission man, seeing as it was essentially the same album as Chameleon. Then they just seemed to vanish off the face of the Earth. Only other singing drummers I can think of off the top of my head are Ted Poley, Paulina Villarreal, Micky Dolenz, Karen Carpenter, Don Henley, Ringo Starr (although saying he sang is stretching it), Roger Taylor & Phi Collins. Of course their are drummers who left drumming to sing like Dave Grohl.

They really lost me with the utter shite that was Phone number, and the comeback has been sporadic with changing vocalists and albums that never really hit the same as the first three albums, but were a move back in the right direction. Have preordered this as its cheap and signed, but the singles give me hope.

Edge of a broken heart was also a b-side on the Always CD single.

Only song I even remotely cared for was the opening track, From my window, but even that was piss weak compared to the debut.

I have always been an Elton John fan, even before I was a rock fan, but mostly only listened to the big hits that were on the radio. When I heard about the Two Rooms tribute album and saw JBJ was on it, I waited til it dropped in price and picked up a copy. i had never actually heard the song Levon before, so was totally new to me. I fell in love with this cover, and due to that this song is now possibly my fave EJ song as well. Wont be to everyones taste here, but ya cant please everyone

The weird thing is, I remember a review of either the album or the band themselves in Kerrang or RAW back when this came out, and it was titled something like Sons of Autograph. It didnt really mean that much to me as had never even heard of Autograph at the time (my first introduction to them was 2002 in the soundtrack to the game GTA Vice City). I seem to remember there was some reference to them sounding like Ratt as well, but I may be confusing it with another review. I did pick this up probably in the late 90s quickly followed by the second album, so I still had not even heard Autograph at this point, but I sure as shit did not see the Ratt comparison. Loved the debut felt kinda meh about the sophomore effort.

It was a on the US version of Crossroad instead of In these arms which was on the international releases and also appeared as a b-side track on Always. I think its a good version, and had they stuck to this kind of reworking on This left feels right, that might have actually been a good album instead of being The shit sounds shite.

I think her vocals on this sound a lot more like the HITC style, so I have high hopes here
