  3. Really enjoying this one, great to see fresh young band playing this type of stuff to help me get my fix
  4. Not bad but it doesn't change any of the above comments for me,not sure of the strength of the material...and it still sounds quite flat production wise...where is the umph? I'll probably purchase at some point mainly based on the bands past...I loved the debut
  5. The Dead Daises - Burn It Down Maverick - Cold Star Dancer Dangerous Curves - So Dirty Right Hurricane - Take What You Want Steel City - Fortress
  6. Enjoying this,as Geoff mentioned 'Sensationable Submit' is a good tune, gets the cd off to a nice start, just an enjoyable disc
  7. Listened to this again today.I don't have a problem with it,still a nice fun if not earth shattering record which suits me fine

  11. Yeah me too,the second half of the cd is more of what I'm used to hearing, but I still am enjoying the full disc, gets better with each spin...but yeah there does seem to be a lot more sort of metal sound to the first part
  12. Ready Player One Excellent show , a real Spielberg magic to it that takes me back to nostalgic times my sons also enjoyed it
  13. Took my two oldest boys to see Pacific Rim Uprising,it was a good enough show, wasnt expecting it to be as good as the 1st and it wasn't,still some nice action in it. Next up is Ready Player One on weds
  14. Pyn Siren - Slave To Your Master FM - Atomic Generation (signed from the band) and I just Pre-ordered Station - More Than The Moon
  15. Oh forgot to mention that the last track is a cover of a Vinnie Vincent track "Back On The Streets"
  16. Good news and I agree with The Rocker...bring Ward back on board
  17. Been listening to this most of the evening on repeat, its very very good,a real nice melodic hard rock album, the first five tracks fly by as they are really consistent "Do you Love Me" being probably the best track on the disc, but "Heart And Soul" "Turnabout" and "Too Little Too Late" are also nice tracks. Its just a good solid cd,and reminds me of Terry Brock. The only track I'm ot keen on at the minute is track 6 "Someone Like You" which has a country rock type vibe but almost reminds me of something that would've appeared on any of Trixter's last couple of albums. Still I'm really enjoying it,it sounds great production wise...to my ears anywho.
  18. W.E.T - Earthrage Steel City - Fortress Electric Boys - Groovus Maximus
  19. Mine arrived today, its at home...im at work...will check it out upon getting in
  20. Yeah, thats what I meant about it being over before you know it,because there isn't a dud on this imho
  21. Really enjoying this, its one of those albums that just goes by and before you know is over, love Elegantly Wasted. I agree with Geoff though that Vega could topple it,from the 2 tracks they have released so far its heading in the right direction.
