  1. More info from AOR Heaven: Mikael Erlandsson needs no further introduction when it comes to melodic rock. He has released six successful solo albums and a lot of titles with groups like Phenomena, Salute among others. Between 2006-2018 Erlandsson fronted the Swedish super group Secret Service which he toured with live all over the world. Together with the fantastic guitar player Andy Malecek from the successful German hard rock band Fair Warning he founded the band LAST AUTUMNS DREAM in 2003 which also featured Ian Haugland, Mic Michaeli and John Leven of Europe fame at the time. The self-titled debut album was produced by Claes Andreasson and became a great success. Last Autumn’s Dream went on releasing another 14 albums with different line ups including great musicians like Jamie Borger (Treat) and Marcel Jacob (Talisman). They toured Japan, England and Germany but decided to take a break in 2018. Shortly after, Erlandsson founded the group AUTUMN’S CHILD. Their self-titled debut album was released in January 2019 through AOR Heaven feat. Jona Tee on keyboards (H.E.A.T), Robban Bäck, former drummer of Eclipse and currently in the line-up with Swedish rockband Mustasch, Claes Andreasson of Swedish Westcoast/AOR band Heartbreak Radio who also produced the first Autumns Child album together with Mikael Erlandsson. Guitars come courtesy of Pontus Åkesson (Moon Safari). “Angel’s Gate” now marks AUTMUN’S CHILD’s return. This time they have defined their craft even more and the album is again filled with great songs and classy musicianship. The album starts off with the song “Where Angels Cry” which offers all of the Autumn’s Child’s typical elements: hard Melodic Rock with a Nordic touch. There are hommages throughout the album to Whitesnake, AOR, Supertramp, Gary Moore,10cc, Manfred Mann and ELO but most of all it sounds like nothing else in today’s music scene. The album was produced by Claes Andreasson and Mikael Erlandsson. Mixed and mastered by Mikael Andersson at Soundport Studio. Vocals – Mikael Erlandsson Drums – Robban Bäck Bass – Johan Strömberg Keyboard solo on 2 tracks – Jona Tee Main Keyboards – Mikael Erlandsson Guitars – Pontus Åkesson Piano on ”Don’t ever leave me ’ – Claes Andreasson

  3. Andy Taylor - Nobody's Business (2 CD Limited Collector's Edition) Dangerangel - All The King's Horses (CD/DVD Limited Edition)
  4. The unreleased CD from Andy finally released. Unofficial release but nevertheless. I got the 2 CD Collector's Edition today and I can't wait the hear it. This was supposed to be released right after the debut but for some reasons unknown it got scrapped. Instead the covers album 'Dangerous' got released. This is brought to you by Duran Duran Fan Club. I wish they would get their hands on Duran Duran's unreleased album 'Reportage' which includes Andy's final work with the band. You can get it here: http://www.shop.duran2.net/instock/7609/at_nb02collectors.htm Info from the site: Nobody's Business 2CD (Collector's Edition) Price: $34.95 (free shipping worldwide) 2CD: DD Fan Club • DPRO-29818-2 (UK 2020) Nobody's Business was written and recorded throughout 1988 and had it been released as intended in 1989, Nobody's Business would have been widely known as Andy Taylor's second solo album. Instead, the 1990 covers album Dangerous stole that accolade. In Andy's autobiography only one sullen mention is made of it: "Nobody's Business" — (solo album — unreleased). Limited Collector's Edition 2CD features original 11-track album recording on disc one plus 35 minutes worth of bonus material and a 25 minute Japanese media interview from 1986 on disc two. Presented with a 12-page full color picture booklet outlining the making of Nobody's Business, including an exclusive postcard of Andy Taylor photo by Liz Wuillermin. Previously unavailable and unreleased. All tracks have been carefully remastered from the original archive tapes. Original 2CD set professionally mastered and manufactured (not a CD-R). Perfect sound quality (10).
  5. From Frontiers: ESCAPE MACHINE – This is one of the creations I am most proud of. One of the biggest successes for the label this year was the launch of Electric Mob. Their singer, Renan Zonta, quickly caught the attention of the “big players” from the classic hard rock era and it was therefore easy to create around him a super team of players including Brad Gillis (Night Ranger), Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big) and David Huff (GIANT). The result is a massive Hard Rock record which is going to blow away every discerning rock fan!
  6. Del Vecchio involved. Everybody will be happy From Serafino Perugino/Frontiers: MICHAEL SWEET / NATHAN JAMES SUPERGROUP – While this “thing” still has no name, everything is planned in early 2021 for the production. The lineup will include none other than Michael Sweet of Stryper on guitars and co-production, Nathan James of Inglorious on lead vocals, Joel Hoekstra on guitars, Marco Mendoza on bass and Tommy Aldridge on drums with Alessandro Del Vecchio on keyboards and co-production. Saying that I am VERY MUCH looking forward to this would be an understatement!

  15. Another announcement over the holidays from Frontiers. "CROWNE – Another achievement from the label side was to put together this supergroup from the North! Featuring Alex Strandell on vocals (Art Nation), Jona Tee on keyboards (H.E.A.T), Love Magnusson on guitars (Dynazty), John Levén on bass (Europe), and Christian Lundkvist on drums (The Poodles) this record is every bit as good as you may imagine. Actually… better!" Sounds great! facebook
  16. Frontiers announced over the holidays the signing of Giant with a few surprises as well. "GIANT – Last but not least, we finally managed to work out a new deal with Giant. We are truly excited with this record! There are some surprises, and I am sure you will love what you hear!" Will it be the original line-up with Dann Huff singing/playing guitar? I sure hope so. Expect the new album later next year.
  17. New song 'You Make My Dreams (Come True)' (Hall & Oates cover).
  18. From Escape Music: Bite The Bullet were originally formed in 1986 by singer songwriter Mick Benton and drummer Graham Cowling. They met in 1984 when they both joined West London rock band “Mother’s Ruin”. Thanks to the legendary Greg Lake, Benton managed to secure a solo deal with Atlantic Records and he asked Cowling to play drums. Its good to see that their collaboration is still strong to this very day. In 1986 “Bite the Bullet” were formed and the music played was in the style of Foreigner, Toto and Mr. Mister, an album was released in 1989 to some quiet success. The music was warmly received and the band earned themselves some radio airplay. However, britpop was coming into the forefront and a cancelled support slot with the mighty ELO saw the band disheartened and whilst they never really disbanded there was a long period of inactivity. Benton and Cowling always remained friends and they still played in pubs and clubs over the years which brings is up to 2019 when their debut was reissued on CD. It ignited a flame in the two men and brought the original recording back to the forefront again and old fans reappraised the album whilst new fans joined in. Mick and Graham decided to get writing new material for a second “Bite the Bullet” album and the result is outstanding, coming across like Mr Mister meets Asia. The new songs are a natural continuation of the original BTB sound and have a great feel to them, opener “Rock to Stones” is a killer. A great start to 2021!. Line up Mick Benton – Lead Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Keyboards Graham Cowling – Drums Produced by Mick Benton. Members over the years include: Malcolm Jones: guitar / Phil Longden: keyboards / Dave Foster: bass Graham Foy: guitar / John Haynes: bass Release Date: 22 January 2021 Catalogue number: ESM349 Track Listing: 1 Rocks To Stones 3:49 2 Black & White 3:26 3 Falling 4:35 4 I’ll Go 5 Starlight 3:47 6 You Never Knew 4:04 7 The Lonely Road 4:38 8 Dark Energy 4;50 9 More Than This 3:00 10 Bring It On 4:31 11 Under The Veil 5:00 12 Unconditional or Last Chance Radio (Bonus) 4:06
