  1. *SPOILER ALERT for those who haven't seen the episodes yet.... I enjoyed "Halloween" immensely, even though I had figured out (took a guess) that Tate was Constance's son back about the second or third episode. And yeah, he's definitely dead. Seems as though the "dreams" he was talking to Ben about are actual events that played out about 16 years ago at a local high school. That's why the group of teens keep following him around and screwing with him; he killed them. I've got a theory that the spirits that are tied to the house are like that due to the fact that they are actually buried somewhere on the grounds. (Of course, on Halloween they were able to move about freely). It will be interesting to see if Addy shows back up. If she does, that blows my theory all to hell.
  2. For me, it's all about the face, and that one does nothing for me. I'd even prefer my own wife to that! Cool. Post a few pics of 'er and let's compare.
  3. I thought it was good. It had a little action and a few scary situations with them hiding under the cars but overall not as action packed as I was hoping. Yeah, I enjoyed the episode, but there was a little too much "talk" for my liking. Hopefully the whole triangle with Rick, his wife, and his friend Shane will NOT be a major focus this season. I want blood and guts, not love triangles....
  4. Yeah, Cap looks a little confused too... You can read up on his being frozen and re-awakened here: http://marvel.com/un...Steve_Rogers%29
  5. Starting to get a little psyched for this one now... Marvel Site
  6. Own it on VHS, and just happened to have ordered my DVD copy last week. Should be here any day now!
  7. Caught the debut and 2nd episodes of Homeland tonight... I'm hooked. *For any sci-fi buffs, you get to see Morena Baccarin (Firefly, V) topless in the premier episode. A taut psychological thriller about a volatile CIA officer (Emmy® winner Claire Danes) who becomes convinced that a recently rescued American POW may be connected to an al Qaeda plot to be carried out on U.S. soil. Mandy Patinkin and Damian Lewis also star. https://www.facebook...elandOnShowtime http://www.sho.com/s...meland/home.sho
  8. Yeah, I'll definitely continue watching... if for no other reason than to see the "hot" version of the maid, and then go spank it to a "crymax".

  11. Listening to "Worship Music" this morning... what a MONSTER of an album this is.
  12. http://gawker.com/58...ell-her-husband Michaele Salahi Ran Away With a Guy from Journey and Forgot to Tell Her Husband The curious case of Michaele Salahi, the White House party crasher and one-time Real Housewife whose husband reported her missing, possibly kidnapped, this morning, seems to have been solved. After the initial report of Salahi's mysterious disappearance was met with some skepticism, Salahi's husband, Tareq, took to the media once more swearing he was being serious. And maybe he was! Maybe he really doesn't know where his wife is. But TMZ might. They're now claiming that Salahi wasn't abducted or kidnapped or anything so dramatic. She's just, y'know, hangin' out in Tennessee with her new boyfriend, Journey guitar man Neal Schon: But now we've learned ... Michaele has been dating the rock icon, went to his show in Nashville last night and is currently with Schon in Memphis, where Journey is set to perform with Foreigner. Scoop Marketing, the rep for Journey, confirmed with TMZ that "Nobody kidnapped her and they are in Memphis together." We've also confirmed Michaele has dated Schon in the past, and she's called it an "intimate and passionate relationship." Whoooooops. If that's true, that's just embarrassing for everyone involved. Deeply embarrassing. For everyone! But yeah, mostly for Tareq. Yipes. We'll keep you updated as this deeply, deeply important and not at all an insane publicity stunt story develops. -----------------------
  13. It's not quite the right time of year, but this one is classic... this one is catchy too.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQlIhraqL7o
  14. So, have you ever said to yourself, "I wonder what the fuck Michael Bolton has been up to?" Of course you have...
  15. So, what the hell is this gonna be like?? http://loureedmetallica.com/ The musical collaboration between Lou Reed and Metallica, "Lulu," is coming your way this Fall and this space will be your spot for all things Loutallica(!). We want to start sharing with you just how the "Lulu" project, recorded at HQ just a few short months ago, is coming together. As you can see this site is a work in progress and the plan is to build it before your very eyes. Please bear with us while we piece it all together! "Lulu" was inspired by German expressionist writer Frank Wedekind's plays "Earth Spirit" and "Pandora's Box," which tell a story of a young abused dancer's life and relationships and are now collectively known as the "Lulu Plays." Since their publication in the early 1900's, the plays have been the inspiration for a silent film ("Pandora's Box," 1929), an opera, and countless other creative endeavors. Originally the lyrics and musical landscape were sketched out by Lou for a theatrical production in Berlin, but after coming together with the 'Tallica boys for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame concerts in New York in 2009 all guilty parties knew they wanted to make more music together. Lou was inspired enough by that performance to recently ask the band to join him in taking his theatrical "Lulu" piece to the next level and so starting in early May of this year we were all camped out recording at HQ studios in Northern California, bringing us to today and ten complete songs. We can't wait to share this music and the whole experience with you. Please visit us often... we'll be posting updates on a frequent basis. Available worldwide on October 31 on Universal Music Available in North America on November 1 on Warner Bros. Records Produced by Lou Reed, Metallica, Hal Willner, & Greg Fidelman Mixed by Greg Fidelman Brandenburg Gate (4:19) The View (5:17) Pumping Blood (7:24) Mistress Dread (6:52) Iced Honey (4:36) Cheat On Me (11:26) Frustration (8:33) Little Dog (8:01) Dragon (11:08) Junior Dad (19:28)
  16. OK, so I'm flipping through the channels tonight, and come across this positively horrid show on NBC called "Friends with Benefits". Two half hour episodes back to back. Like I said, horrid show, BUT, I kept watching just to see more of it's star, Daneel Harris Ackles:
  17. 1. Amy & Allison's Memories 2. The Answer 3. Gimme Your Time 4. To the Top 5. Everything Changes 6. Eyes of the Stranger 7. Fall in Love 8. World Behind You 9. Hold & Care 10. Want It, Love It, Like It 11. Welcome To Paradise 12. 10.000 Years Ago Human Zoo produced one of my favorite releases in 2007; "Over The Horizon", and now, 4 years later they're back with the follow-up "Eyes of the Stranger". This one arrived in my mailbox over the weekend, and I finally got to listen to it this morning, and I really like what I'm hearing so far. One of the things that impresses me about these guys is how they work the saxophone into their songs; it stands out, but doesn't overpower the rest of the tune (IMO anyway). Check out some of their new tunes for yourself if you haven't already... The Answer Fall in Love To The Top Gimme Your Time Everything Changes
  18. That's a good 'un for sure, but as far as mash-ups go, it's tough to beat Bieber vs Slipknot!
  19. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1TP1BS3SUW8 "Double Vision" & "Feels Like the First Time" live and acoustic.
  20. The acoustic idea originated when Jeff Pilson proposed a new arrangement of 'Say You Will', from the 1987 'Inside Information' album. And what emerged made a twenty year old song new again. The road to 'Acoustique' was paved!
  21. Official video out today... guess the chicken shouldn't have tried to cross the road...
