403 Error - Site blocked in certain countries?

Hi

For some time now I've been getting the error below whenever I try and connect. 

I've got a vpn so been able to connect by pretending to be in the US but that means I can't connect from phone or work. Could you please take a look.

Can you paste the exact URL (web page address) you were attempting to access when you got the message? If you don't remember which page it was, the next time you encounter it again, please post the link as well as the error message again.

How long has this been occurring, i.e., when did you first start seeing these messages?

Good couple of weeks and it's anything on the chat site. So the base site and any other links I had set up like the latest posts view.

Ok, that makes more sense that it's the forum and not the main site. This board is hosted by a third party. I'll have to contact them and find out what's going on.

Fascinating. I can VPN around Europe and even pop across to afganistan and it works.

German doesn't work. Even if I vpn to frankfurt.
