Sounds like a re-release of 'Appettite For Destruction ' !

Hard to believe that there are many unreleased songs but that's what the claim is.

If I recall correctly they did have a fair amount of songs recorded from that era including some that ended up on Use Your Illusion.  I'm interested if it isn't too expensive and has unreleased studio material, rather than live recordings or tracks already on other compilations.
