Press release from melodicrock.com:

Please join us in welcoming Greek rock stars DANGERANGEL for the release of their hard hitting brand new studio opus All The King’s Horses, to be released September 30.

All The King’s Horses is a major step forward for the band in terms of both production and songwriting. And along with the usual high energy, in your face performance from the guys, this combination makes this an album that will put the band firmly into the minds of all hard rock fans worldwide.

This time around, the production has been undertaken by the band, with new engineer for the mixing and mastering process. The songs are more powerful, heavier and more complex in their structure. The music has evolved, the lyrics have evolved, using the previous album as the stepping stone to the end that the band had in mind more than 4 years ago. This new album will be the defining moment for DangerAngel.

An exclusive limited Special Edition of the album will be available direct from MRR, featuring a bonus DVD that will include the band’s new videos recorded for this album plus an “Official Bootleg” Live set, recorded in Athens, May 7, 2016.

DangerAngel are:
Tony V – Drums
Rudy Rallis – Bass
BJ – Vocals (Soto)
Ethan Snow – Guitars
Ahas – Keyboards

I'm really not sure about that based on these two songs (obviously I don't even acknowledge the stuff in foreign language). The chorus in 'Will you follow' is pretty cool, but overall they're two pretty weak songs, far inferior to a lot of what was on their last album. Which was only okay itself, but better than this. IMO.

Jeez there's a lot of songs available for an album allegedly not available for a few more months. Sounds pretty decent.

Haha, okay, that makes sense. I'll try to check it out... hey, who knows? Maybe I already did. ;)

    • New single "The Animal" dropped today, not bad at all:
    • I dig the new tune!  Honestly, might be my favorite yet from these guys. I like that this kind of gets away from the  Bon Jovi Country vibe they sometimes had on the debut.  For me, this has a fresh, big sound to it.   Will have the new one on my radar.

    • After releasing two albums with AOR/Melodic Rock band Streets, ”1st” (1983) and ”Crimes In Mind” (1985), lead singer and keyboardist Steve Walsh returned to Kansas, to revive the band along with original members Phil Ehart (drums) and Rich Williams (Guitar). Furthermore, the lineup was completed by the addition of bassist Billy Greer (from Streets) and young, promising, former Dixie Dregs guitar man Steve Morse, who also contributed with composing skills and backing vocals. Eventually, the group’s ”Power” album was released in November of 1986, rather much to the vintage Kansas and Prog Rock purists dismissal, as I recall it. The heavier sound/direction and absence of violinist Robby Steinhardt, songwriter/keyboardist/guitarist Kerry Livgren and bassist Dave Hope were all contributing factors to the disapproval, it seems. However, mentioned ”Power” should perhaps instead be judged on its own merits, as it is what it is. Put out in a time when commercial Melodic Hardrock was very much in fashion, with FM rock radio and MTV as ever the important ingredients of daily life. In the end, the album actually landed at a respectable No. 35 on the Billboard chart, while the single/ballad ”All I Wanted” eventually rose to an even more impressive No. 19. Review by Thomas McFapperson 2024.
    • They have a real knack for writing (and producing!) songs that could be featured in '80s coming of age films and I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. Really putting the retro in retrowave
    • Gonna post this as just recently discovered them, and loving what they do. I know most here wont care due to not being their style or not singing in English, but as a Band Maid fan, this shit is right up my street. They are a South Korean band. Posting two songs. One original and one a cover (Maneskin, a band I dont really care about) which is kinda impressive seeing as the song is in Italian, a language they don't speak ha ha
