Kristian
It's kind of taking a risk when bands cover a huge classic. Some would say that they're bound to fail. I was thinking the other day, about what good versions have been made over the years, only two came to mind: The Fire: "New York, New York" and TNT: "What a Wonderful World" Do you guys have other exambles where bands have pulled this off? Captain Howdy
theres been quite a few topics on the subject of rock covers of non rock songs, last one was only a month or two ago, so it may be worth checking one of those threads out in case this one doesnt get many replies. Kristian
Yeah, I probably should've just replied in one of those threads. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I think the two songs I mentioned above rocks, and I was curious to know if somebody knew other good exambles of 'crooner' styled classics covered by rock artists. JamesEagle
That's more money than I have to spend on CDs, beer and football in a month. Unbelievable.
