Not a bad disc. Tim and I built on this early in the year, and I think I was saying how it's not bad but I actually think the last Killswitch Engage CD was much better. I forget how the two bands are interlinked (guitarist?) but Tim knows.

 

Decent, but way, way down the bottom of my list of favourite modern discs from 2011.

Yep this is the main-main from Killswitch (Adam D), who plays all the instruments, with the former vocalist of KSE (Jesse Leach). Is like a dead-ringer for early KSE this and has some pretty killer tunes, with a few filler thrown in. Good stuff IMO and unlike Geoff I like it more than the last - and too lightweight - KSE album. "Hope Remains" is a MONSTER....
