I may just be dumb or something... ... but can anyone tell me about the VAN HALEN release that is on ebay every now or then called "That's All Folks"..?

Thanks Nick... This one fetches upwards of $50 just about every time it shows up on ebay. I can get a copy somewhat cheaper then that... so I was just wondering about it.
