Warriors of Metal Fest III - Chillicothe, Ohio

Apparently, there's a metal fest in my hometown, that's in it's third year, and I'd never even heard of the thing -- of course, I've barely heard of any of the bands, either, but some here may be interested:

Neat-O. I'm semi-familiar with a few of the bands on that poster (Omen, Jacobs Dream, Dantesco, Cage, Icarus Witch, Aska, Dofka, and Widow). Nothing that makes me wanna jump out of my seat right now and book a trip to Ohio, though.

 

How is it that this has been going on in your town for three years now and you haven't heard anything about it?

Well, I haven't lived in Chilli since '94... and it never occurred to me they'd put on a metal festival at the county fairgrounds! (And, I've literally never heard a single song by any band that was on any of the 3 lineups.)

NIce 2 day ticket price as well, $25 clams is a bargain compared to every other festival or solo act these days...

 

IE: Steel Panther is playing the Showbox in a couple weeks, great little venue saw Dio their a few years back, but the tickie price is $25.00 just for SP!? Go figure.
