Palatinate - S/T

I just picked up (among a whole bunch of other rare goodies) a self titled album by a band called Palatinate. It will probably be a week or so before I have it in my hands to listen to. Does anyone know what they sound like and what year it was released? There seems to be little or no information about this band on the net.

Another of those typical German melodic AOR bands with keys. Their sound is in the vein of JOJO, VALET PARKING and SEASONS IN COLOR.
