If a band has an album or albums reissued with bonus tracks, Do you add them as a whole different album?

If a band has an album or albums reissued with bonus tracks, Do you add them as a whole different album?

I would add it as :2010 press with bonus tracks.

Will I still need to put the cover in as well?

The rule in the past was always to just post in the comments section that there was bonus tracks, and not resubmit the album, as there are so many reissues these days that the database would probably take forever to update.
