At least he's not counterfeiting "real" albums... this is just un-licensed live stuff. You can find crap like this at any CD swap meet or "indie" record store. Although those places generally aren't as blatant as this guy.

No, I believe those are factory-pressed silverbacks like Crimson Glory - One Night in Japan 1989 or Agent Steel - Live at Hammersmith Odeon 1987. They all originated from Peru, Chile, or thereabouts. The sound quality has a lot to be desired though... not worth more than $5-10 at most for comlpetists only.
