You can find crap like this at any CD swap meet or "indie" record store. Although those places generally aren't as blatant as this guy. No, I believe those are factory-pressed silverbacks like Crimson Glory - One Night in Japan 1989 or Agent Steel - Live at Hammersmith Odeon 1987. They all originated from Peru, Chile, or thereabouts.
