Sorry guys, The whole affair stinks more than a dead fish. Good "ole" Lonnie already sent me a fake UPS waybill 10 days ago (which has not been signed or stamped by UPS), which got approved by UPS that he never delivered the goods, after he cashed nearly 5000$ from me. Same thing two days ago - he confirmed that he'll ship again, but the UPS driver didn't left a waybill - that's completely BS ! I'll contact paypal right now to get my money back and I'll inform the public through melodicrock. com that there is a heavy rip off going on with this company. If you already have pre-paid your copies I can only advice to cacell the payment if you have used paypal. Greets Georg AOR Heaven Can somebody tell me what the hell is going on???? JL

Like I said before, I hope it turns out okay. It was bad judgement on my part & I don't know you well enough to joke with you. I offer my apologies and will try to keep my smartass comments to myself (but that'll be tough:) Good luck with it bro, Jarred (or bud, whichever you prefer:) Hey Jarred! Go ahead and talk all the shit you want, be a funny guy, just as long as I know it's not some cell soldier. it's cool, I get so fucking tired of these computer capone's on all these boards, that I don't know who's spouting off and who's just throwing out some humour, I think it's more or less your timing, the only time youve responded to any of my post has been when Im furious and livid over something, so It just kind of looked like you were jumping in to pour more fuel on the fire, no big deal, I just didn't want a confrontation, seems like every time I reply to somebodys smart ass remarks(on other boards) I get booted and or banned, so clown away, I can take it, just no shit talking on my fav of all time MR. Bolton, then I'll retalliate! got it! Chief? Damn man, pick a name....chief or bud! and I hope you are not talking about Michael Bolton... Later, Chief Bud

Help, Arwine is back
Mullethead replied to blindjester's topic in Good and Bad Traders, Buyers, and Sellers
Hey T-Bone, I'm not saying that he should be able to Ebay, and I wouldn't want him bidding with me either but I seriously doubt he would win a claim that way. My experience with Paypal has been if you have a tracking number you are covered. I've had a lot of experiences that way and never had money taken from my account. It would be better if Ebay would wise up & get rid of this guy once & for all... JL -

That will just result in negative feedback being left from the Priovided that in 99% of the cases Barf-whine get's NARUed within a week I'd not worry for the feedback. It will be removed automatically after his current incarnation is gone. Refunding him ASAP is vital, else he will drag you into dispute, guaranteed. If he paid why not spend the extra .60 cents & send it delivery confirmation? JL -
and Mullethead youve always got something fucking hilarious to say, why don't you pipe out unless it's constructive, okay bud!!! It was suppose to be funny...guess not! I'm not the one using every obscene word in the dictionary so maybe the piping down should be done by you, Mkay? Since you can't take a joke, let me be the bigger guy and try to help... 1. Not everyone in Europe is a cocksucker. 2. If you posted in your auction that you cannot bid outside of the USA and you agreed to let him anyway...then that falls on you to an extent. 3. This would be no different if it was USA or any other country. Did you specify a time frame that any buyer would have to pay? If you did, then the only thing you can do is wait and see if he pays. You can file a non payment claim after a while and get refunded your Ebay fee's. Not the greatest thing in the world but at least you wouldn't be out the money. 4. Make sure if he pays you send it registered shipping or Global Priority so the item can be tracked. I assume he's paid or is going to pay via Paypal? He can file a claim after the fact and get his money back & keep the cd if you are not careful. Not sure he would do that but you have to protect yourself... 5. Listen to the guys that posted about this above because they are pro's at this stuff. Don't know if this helps or not but it's my two cents. Lighten up man....Just trying to keep the mood light. Things will work out okay for you. If you need help, just ask. Thanks, Bud (Formerly Mullethead)

All good points...from a buyer stand point (that's me), if the cd is silver pressed I am buying...if it's not, I won't. I hope to someday see everything RR does is silver! JL
-
I voted yes based just on the fact that you will lose some sales if the cd is not pressed silver. In a perfect world you should be able to press any amount silver. It would solve a lot of problems... JL

I think I paid $29.99 for mine back in 1997.(worth every penny IMO) I somehow misplaced the obi that went with it when I moved. Of course at the time I didn't know those little pieces of paper meant that much. Ahhh, the OBI. Got to love it....I had a thing for her once but now I have to move on....still love her though.... JL

Best of the best German bands, part 2
Mullethead replied to Swazi's topic in Music Polls and "Best of" Lists
Easy for me to go Victory hands down. As much as I love Jaded Heart & Bonfire, Victory's studio albums have been consistently good over the years...well, at least until they got Charlie back:) JL -
LION- Fav Album and Songs

I gotta be me.... And I'm not sure if I've heard the Transformers movie theme. If I have, it's been years and years. I think I saw the movie back in the day but I couldn't tell you for sure. Although I was looking at the DVD in Wal-Mart a few weeks ago and thinking about picking it up cuz my son is starting to discover the Transformers and figured he might think it was pretty cool. My son is a little over a year old now and I absolutely can't wait for him to get into that stuff. I watched Transformers, GI Joe & He-Man (yeah, I know..."By the power of Greyskull...") Even more so I can't wait to imprint my music into his little brain JL -
LION- Fav Album and Songs

You should be embarrassed. I have you to thank for introducing me to this band. I still have a blank cassette with Dangerous Attraction on one side and I think Victory 'Voiceprint' on the other side that you had hooked me up with many years ago. You're welcome my friend...glad I could help JL If it has Dangerous Attraction on one side, and Victory on the other, then it is not really a "blank" tape anymore, is it? Sorry, couldn't resist being a wise ass. I know nothing about this Lion band therefore I cannot contribute any further, sorry for the interruption. You smart ass. You've never heard the Transformers theme from the movie? Lion was a great Hard Rock band and the singer Kal Swan sounded similar to Coverdale. If I had to compare them to anyone I'd say Whitesnake but they were a little heavier than 'Snake. If you want to hear some of their songs let me know. Well, they sound an awful lot like Bad Moon Rising.... JL -

Great poll Wes from a great band. I went Dangerous Attraction by a mile. Songs would be "Powerlove" & "Stranger in the City" though it was much harder picking one off of DA. Hard & Heavy, Fatal Attraction...they're all good! JL -

I personally dont need Sam's apologies, but would be nice to see him offering them to ashen light and all Russians in general. If he doesnt want to do it personally to the people involved here, he may do it out of respect to the nation which is one of his major suppliers for his sales. And just to clarify one thing known to many on this forum already - I'm not a Russian. I'm Bulgarian. That may be but making comments about his suppliers is exactly what ignites flamefest's like these.... JL -

Unless someone already edited your post, I have seen much worse than this said on here. I'm not taking sides here, but I think your statement is fair. Sam, I have been very open minded about you because I am not perfect and no one else is. But the comments were way too broad. If you have a problem with a person in particular it doesn't mean the whole race is "typical". It would really show some class if you would apologize. This thread is another ugly one that I get tired of. Supporting each other goes further than tearing one another down. It's your choice to make guys... JL -

My thumb is curled into my palm, my pinky and index fingers are raised and my two middle fingers are crossed together so my hand looks like a big W. That's how real I am. Classic Geoff! You are about as black as Bill Gates my friend! JL
