Top stuff indeed I can't chose between the two. Does anyone know what his very first album China Girl is like?? I'm sure I found a website where you could possibly download the tracks from it .... hang on a min.... Yep the link is http://www.geocities.com/black-hawk.geo/vansolo/vs1.html I think they are full tracks...I can't check as I'm at work and our firewall won't let me download nuthin'. I'll try when I get home I think and maybe try burning it to CD.

Nick.....I had that SAME problem with Maxell blank discs. Actually the ONLY thing I can use are the Sony CD-Rs for Music. In the colors. In the slim cases. Can NOT use the multi discs on a spindle. HAHAHAHA! Plus I thought my audio CD recorder had seen it's last as it wasn't recording on some CDR's I had bought so I binned it. After checking on the internet that it has problems with Maxell blank CD's I ended up sheepishly fishing it out of the bin again!!!!!

I'm sorry but dredging past threads I found this gem and I just had to refresh it a little. I remember Star Blazers. Although it was never shown over in the U.K. (as far as I know) I used to watch it when I was over in Canada for about 3 months in 1980 and I loved it. Didn't they fly around in a big kinda submarine or something?? Anyway my fave cartoon as a kid was Rocket Robin Hood. I can still remember most of the tune... "Band of brothers marching together, heads held high in all kinds of weather, with firey retros our ....mumble.. rockets fly...mumble mumble..across....mumble ... beyond the sky?....mumble mumble...cough cough!!!!!" Obviously my memory is naff!!!!

Just seen Night of the Crime is going to be re-released in the UK. Great album. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Along with one of Storm's albums. Have been waiting years to finally get this on cd. Don't know which one it is going to be, (maybe we'll get both eventually)but they are both classics all the same. Also in the pipeline the 1994 album with Karen Lawrence, Riot's excellent Narita and the debut Coney Hatch ,although that was re-issued a few years back already. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Will be the debut STORM album I believe. When we gonna get ICON "More Perfect Union" re-issued? "Night of the Crime" has already been re-issued and can be bought pretty reasonably these days. "...Union" and "Right Between the Eyes" are fetching mega-bucks they're so rare. Also "...Union" is one the best MHR albums of all-time IMO.... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> WOWEEE is the Storm that you are talking about the late 70's band that released two albums of the same name (one for MCA one for Capitol), Jeanette Chase was the singer, Which label is releasing them? Also 1994 ... this is the best news I've had for ages, lets hope they make it a 2 on 1 1994 coupled with Please Stand By. oooooh! I'm alllll excited now!
