Wow, what a find. Hugely under-rated CD... very good stuff. Sounds like a major label album to me. How much did you pay for it? I've only ever had an artworkless CDR. Could you tell me the year it was released and even post a picture of the band if possible? Just out of interest. Thanks. I agree. We went to watch this one last night and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. In this day and age it's getting harder and harder to come up with original story lines for suspense/scarry movies. It's no Academy Award winning movie, but like you said it's a fun movie. I heard a story about someone letting 2 rattlesnakes loose in a theater somewhere in Arizona during a showing of this. That would be so ironic. Cool. Not cool if you were in the theater though. I took in Heavy Metal Parking Lot tonight on DVD. Man, I miss the 80's......

Yeah, in complete honesty it's not quite as good as I was hoping for, but there's something about it that definately struck the right chord. Punky, but a good sense of melody. Pretty easily my fave "modern" release this year so far and I get the feeling it's only going to grow with each listen. Already thrown it in my ears several times and it sounds better each time. The vocals take some getting used to but I agree better with each spin.

This band some dude sent me called Summer Hero. Full of punkish angst. Not bad at all.

It is truly an AWESOME album. Worthy of some special time and effort Dave. I hope Sam will silver press it and include some extra tracks. Gary said he has some lying around. I hope they are included. Super Hard Rock at its finest!! ~C
