With the refunds obviously not coming, and Lonnie absent with any further 'information', I really hope this situation just doesn't 'blow over' and he gets away with this CRIME. I really go back and forth in my mind on what I actually believe happened. All I know is that I want my (@*(#&@ money back and the fact that he's disappeared really pisses me off!

I agree completely, stay away from these people at all costs. Two years ago I won a CD from them on eBay, and they sent me an invoice, which I thought was too high. I sent a nice friendly email asking about the price, and the next thing I know, I got a negative feedback from them! Over 1700+ positive feedbacks, and they're my only negative, and for no friggin' reason! Their excuse was that I 'bothered' them with emails, when they're just too busy with all of their other auctions. They're located here in MN and I was sorely tempted to go stake out their PO box and give them a piece of my mind.

Everybody knows how you feel about Sam, and all you do is come across as a whining, pathetic child everytime you throw mud like this. You've mentioned in the past that Sam is your competition, so that's why you say the things you do. Wouldn't it be better to actually release a few discs to compete with Sam instead of the crap you constantly spew? Then again, maybe it actually benefits Sam when you act this way. Funny story about this guy. A while back, I won the Big Rat CD from him, and I was planning on sending him cash when this thread came up describing the things he's done. Well, I decided not to send payment, and I just sort of forgot about it, figuring he'd contact me eventually. Well, a few weeks later, I did get contact, but it was the Big Rat CD in the mail!!! So, maybe a little "what comes around goes around here" as I got my CD for free!

I agree. Seems like Dave's spending too much time trying to nitpick every little thing Sam does, and not nearly enough time getting releases ready from his own label. Seems extremely childish and jealous to me.

This is definitely a great release. Don't know if I like it more than Defcon, but it's definitely one of the top Retrospect releases thus far. Great stuff!

If you're coming up to Ohio and Michigan, make a stop in Minnesota, and I'll definitely be there!
