  1. 'Cause they suck? When has that ever stopped you from starting a thread? ;} Ha ha true. Although quite a lot dont suck either No... it's martinsane that posts all the bands that suck! Ha just saw this it's funny cause apparently it's true. ?
  2. Those are epic tunes indeed. Haven't listened to much since Frolic but they sound better than they ever have. Would think live they would blow me away.
  3. Excellent song. These guys sound great.
  4. Yes that is a fine riff and song and yes an interesting tale.
  5. That is a nice song and I too am curious with regards to the 2 full lengths from the past. Also All Nights Reserved your new siggie is also very nice indeed.
  6. Deep in the valley 2008 film obviously prior to Chris Pratts windfall as the hunkiest guy around. This movie is about two buddies who travel to a land of porno and try and get back home. Not quite sure why you would want to leave the land of hot babes wanting to doink endlessly but whatever. Also "stars" Denise Richards, Tracy Morgan, Scott Caan and a Kim K cameo. Super high budgeted skinamax flick without much skin and heavy on the bad bad jokes. Funny just for the leading man Pratt and of course the throw back to the 80s where all flicks were about some such mindlessness and the need for scantily clad babes.

  8. Not a movie but binged on the newest series from David Duchovny Aquarius and I found it rather enjoyable. For those not familiar it is a crime drama set in the 60's and swirling around a young Charles Manson among other period related issues. After watching season 1 I had to search out the interweb to see if there was any other seasons and I see a season 2, SPOILER it is now cancelled. What I found interesting is this is a network show, NBC, however on the DVD release they included all the cursing and nudity they edited out for the network presentation. I didn't watch it on TV so I can't say it was worse because of the edits, but I will say DD uses fuck liberally, there is plenty of nudity and the violence is good and graphic. That said the show could loose some of its punch when viewed in the edited format.!?
  9. Sure looks like it! I think you got the name wrong as this person should be named "Are you fuckin high"?
  10. OMG. New disc Swamp Rebel Machine out 11/4. Buy this sumbitch as it is a frickin' brilliant album! https://www.facebook.com/ScatteredHamlet/ http://www.scatteredhamlet.com/ Hop over to Sleazeroxx and read my review too!
  11. Paranormal Activity 4 ~ why? did this get made ( i know cash grab) and more importantly why did I watch it? Batman vs Superman ~ this one had as I am sure you know already heaps of cgi action, however it is riddled with an equal amount of plot holes and WTF moments. Curious to see how if number 2 happens they feather in the other mentioned heroes...
  12. Dirty Action-Best of Volume 1 (signed) Scattered Hamlet-Swamp Rebel Machine
  13. Ex-Machina This movie was not bad at all. Not for the individual with short attention span and a dislike for dialogue driven suspense but it worked for me.
  14. Wow this band sure has changed. I Like the song especially the mockingly grade school na na's.
  15. So scrounging about on YOUTUBE and found this SE video for Scratch and one of the versions of the elusive 2 versions we were going on about in this thread. Still would love to know the history on this. Another obvious difference is the pre chorus on this video version where the lyrics are different from the album version below and Ray sings "You don't want to take a fall" and on the version in the posted album he sings " and they got you by the balls"... and one of the versions of Switchblade too. And for those that have been playing along this album version is an alt version when compared to the above posted videos and the differences are obvious.
  16. Warning Sign-Left To The Sharks (Band Signed of course) Bad Remedy-Eternalize
  17. Yeah, we should be careful to only talk about good bands from here on out. ;} Ouch.... Those who can do, those who can't complain about those that can. ?
  18. Neighbors 2 couple notches lower than the first one but if you did like the first you will find some funny bits in this sequel and hey Zac Efron is a stud straight up so there you go. Ghostbusters 2016- so I really wanted to hate this but truth be told the negative press and my feelings towards the reboot were unjust as the film was not bad. Not groundbreaking or necessary in the least but still watchable. Massive budget gobs of cgi and cameos up the wazzoo. The 4 lead actresses are way more annoying in other films and real life then they are here as McCarthy is almost palatable here. Chris Helmsworth steals the show however and was certainly worth the redbox cost to see him do his thing.
  19. No problem! I think it's a good one too! I'd like to get this CD too. Are you getting a CD? How are you getting it? I've been looking online and can't find it. I can just find mp3. Yes I am/it is. All I did was email the band via their FB. And no I don't have a FB just go to the about tab on the FB page and there you'll find the email address. That said here you go: skarletbandrock@gmail.comHope you are successful keep us posted as will I when mine arrives.
  20. See what happens when we start talking about a band, BOOM! They get picked up. ?
  21. This ones enroute and I am excited to get it. Thanks Gris for the find!
  22. Sooo, these guys have been at this for a minute or two. Not that you can't tell from the picture but listen to their Black N Blue sounding band from the early 80's called Attentat Rock. Killer! https://youtu.be/cPgzYDDAKkE
