Eric Brittingham says good morning to everyone. He also commands the women to spend the day naked.
Do you think Eric Brittingham wants ALL the women naked? I mean, not for nothing, but there are some women who should do the world a favor and leave their clothes on...

After she suffered through the bloody violence of "Running Scared" the other night, my wife made me sit down and watch "What Women Want" with her last night. Yep, a chick flick.
God, I feel so emasculated...

I was trying to come up with something interesting to say, but then I got uninterested in trying to come up with anything interesting. If anyone is interested in hearing what interesting thing I was going to say, I'd be interested in hearing about your interest.
I am very interested in what interesting thing made you so uninterested.
Just reading that statement confuses me.
I am no longer interested in your interest in the interesting thing that made me so uninterested. With some effort, I found your confusion interesting, but I am no longer interested in putting forth the effort to be interested in your interest.

"Never Too Much" ~ ELECTRIK
Phenomenal ballad. One of my all-time faves.

I will direct, except I won't need a stick or pointer to direct with. I will supply my own "pointer".
Geoff, we're more than happy to let you direct, but may I suggest you use a pointer other than you're own? We want those being directed to be able to actually see the pointer...

Enuff Z' Nuff
never really did like these guys much, not sure why though.
'Cause they suck, that's why.
Just sayin'.

RUNNING SCARED
Holy crap, what a great movie! Vicious, violent, bloody, kinetic, stylish...I loved it and plan to quickly add it to my ever-expanding (like my waist) DVD collection. Were those pedophiles creepy as hell or what? Loved it when the wife gave them their comeuppance. I nearly stood up and cheered...until I realized I was sitting alone in my apartment with a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios on my lap...

TEER: s/t
Hadn't listened to this in years. Pulled it out to take to work with me today. Hasn't aged so well, I'm afraid. I remembered it being quite a bit better than it actually is.

"Vampire Lullaby" ~ TEER

Your name never crossed my mind in regards to this.
Now, see, I'm almost offended by that...

Apparently you like Marvelous3... now that is BAD!
Why, WHy, WHY is it that people feel the need to fuck with my Butch Walker fix?
Hey, I laid off, just like I promised I would, so you can't blame me anymore! And for the record, no, I did not pay Glam Junkie to poke at your sore spot...

Halifax - 'The inevitability of a strange world.' Fans of Story of the Year and Hawthorne Heights, take note. Great band/album. The last 3 songs kicked my ass severely.
May I recommend putting some butter on it, then.

I found some dust bunnies under my bed. I tried feeding them carrots, but they wouldn't eat 'em.
On a different note...MJ, if you need some ideas on how to put that butter to good use...uh, ask Geoff.
Dust bunnies will only eat Celery, it's a scientific fact.
I heard that, but you see, my wife's cat is named Celery, and if the dust bunnies ate Celery, I'm afraid my wife would no longer be open to the alternate uses for butter I was alluding to earlier...

I bought my Dad, a huge Clint Eastwood fan, "Dirty Harry" on DVD for Father's Day and gave it to him early, so we sat down and watched it last night. It's still a classic.

"Rockstar" ~ THE POODLES

Watched "The Card Player" last night, the latest offering from Italian horror maestro Dario Argento. I gotta tell ya, I haven't been so bored with a movie in a long time. No gore (not until the end kill, anyway), ridiculous lapses in logic, atrocious dialogue that sounded like sixth-graders had written it, and a total lack of the wild directing style that made Argento a household name among horror afficianados. The whole thing came across as a piss-poor, ultra-boring knock-off of a "CSI" episode.
Avoid at all costs.

THE POODLES: "Metal Will Stand Tall"
Just got this CD and I am lovin' it!

"Night of Passion" ~ THE POODLES

No, it's not their best, but I still gave Jaded Heart: "Slaves & Masters" my vote; however, I could have just as easily given it to Johnny Lima (that shit be catchy, yo!), Gotthard, or Freefall.

Back in my teenybopper years, Marx was my favorite vocalist, and though my tastes have evolved into something much harder & heavier, I still think the guy has one of the best voices in pop/rock. I don't own any of his CDs anymore, but everytime I come across one of his songs on the radio, I stop fiddling with the dial and give it a listen. My favorite song by him is "Children of the Night." I had the cassette single of that song back in the day and literally wore it out playing it over and over again.

I watched it. Sure, it was little more than a glorified soap opera, but in a good, addictive way. Hey, it's not like I could laugh at anybody for watching it anyways...I used to watch "Dawson's Creek."
