There's what is called midterm elections. Basically the House of Representatives is a 2 year term so all 435 seats are up for election. Also there will be a few senate seats also up for election.

Yes,I called DMV and was put on hold for over a half hour.And then when I got to talk to a person they kept putting me on hold because they couldn't answer my questions and had to talk to a supervisor
