Thanks everyone for the input.....a bunch of the releases mentioned are in my sights...mainly Cliff Magness, WOA , Robert Tepper and BLVD, all of which I've heard samples that I thought were pretty good.....I'll check out the others mentioned and do a little more research....thanks again !

The last time I heard Chicago it was their S/T......still have it on vinyl around here someplace.....always liked the songs 'Does anybody really know what time it is?' & 'I'm a Man'.......haven't heard of King of Hearts, I'll see what it goes for on eBay, the COW release seems reasonably priced so I'll see if I can get it.....how about West of Sunset...? I heard "Giving My Heart Away" the other day and I thought it was quite good....

Looking for a little direction here people.....What exactly is Westcoast/hitech aor??...most of the bands mentioned as being in this genre I haven't heard of let alone their music......over the years I've listened to a few samples from supposedly WC/HT bands and I wasn't impressed......however I've really started to get into the 'normal' aor the last few years so I'm ready to expand my musical horizons so how about a few suggestions of bands/releases that I could pick up that would ease me into this type of aor, maybe to start , bands that are not just WC/HT but who also do some 'normal' aor......thanks...

I like the guy but this is ridiculous.....I can't help but feel there is a lot of political correctness about this....I actually feel bad for the guy....it's not as if expectations weren't high enough already...

I been wondering if I should pick it up...I haven't even heard any samples....so can you elaborate a bit.? Does it remind you of their 70's or 80's stuff? Or is it like 'Psycho Circus'.....because if it's like PC, me don't wantey....

You don't like 'Time Walker'..... ....It's the only one I've heard by them but I'll be hearing the rest of them for sure.....

I've got to agree....I'd hate to see this band screwed up with annoying vocals.....they've been a very good and consistent band over the years and it would suck to see a major change of any kind....

I have the first 3 seasons but I haven't had time to watch any of them....

Holy Soldier....Last Train...........good hard rock...better than their first one...IMO...

Metal Age.........Don't Dare...........okay but rather average hard rock.....

I don't know about the rest of you but the 2nd season sucks after 2 eps....I'm not going to give it many more eps before I stop watching.....it seems the unaired 13th ep really was the end of this series...IMO...
