Great album, I basically loved every track 

Eric is very angry, it's been over a year since we worshipped at his altar

the track is a bit meh for me, and as for the solo, yeah it's v cool but does it actually fit the song 🤔 Mm I'm not convinced.

OK, been through a few times and yes it is a very good album.

Imo it's falling short of the mighty II. That album was virtually perfect throughout and I preferred the mix - just a bit clearer with the vocals more to the front.

The new album has a few weaker songs which I might skip, not sure on their continued replay value.

However, Glorious, Air, Weightless,  and Pieces will be amongst my fav songs of 2023, no doubt. 

listened to this yesterday and it's v weak. Upper Cut Shazam is about the only track which even remotely sounded like classic Wig Wam

Imma gonna throw in my own unpopular note in this thread. I'm not all that fussed over the debut First Signal album, mega over rated imo.  I would take every Harem Scarem album over every First Signal album.  United and Change The World in particular are just on another level.  I would also take the two Hess albums as well over any First Signal album. 

stuff on that debut is pretty killer imo, songs like Yesterday's Rain and Naked Desire are on a par with HS imo.

everything after has been fairly forgettable though.

Spinning the new one over the weekend, samples sounded more promising

I dunno, I know people kick up a fuss about comments like this, but I thought they were invincible with those first two albums... didn't think they could make a bad album if they tried. I'm not saying I expect them to re-record those two albums, but I do wonder what happens to the ability to write great tunes. It's hard to think of anything like song-writing, where it seems in so many cases that the skill weakens over time rather than gets better with time. Why, I ask. 

On a positive note, I like the heaviness of the album, but very little else. They're just poor songs, imo.
