fantastic melodic hard rock!

Dogpound - 'III' ; very cool new album. Sort of a combined mixture of the heaviness of the debut and the great melodic songs of 'Night in the gutter'. There are some songs here which will feature in the best songs of 2007 (like I think it was the 2nd track, about a glass jar - sensational) and overall this is a very solid disc. Nice work, again from these guys.

Yep, looking forward forward to this one....it's on order.

From what Ive heard, 'Blind' sounded pretty awesome too, with a great solo!

Definitely one of the best female fronted bands out there. Great CD.

Indeed it is, and Neal Schon plays on the last few tracks too!

Bulletproof Messenger - 'Crucial Line': Very nice. I think there was only one track I disliked and the rest all sounded great. It's not going to top Papa Roach for me, but it's still a very good album. Looking forward to more listens.

I bloody love that album! It just gets better and better with every listen.

My fav tracks are easily 'DTD' and 'Crucial Line', both of which rival anything on the Papa Roach album.

As you say its a hard toss up between the 2 for best modern rock album of 06.
