  3. New song 'Kamikaze' from the EP out March 18 on Frontiers. From Frontiers: Hell in the Club have announced the release of a new EP, "Kamikaze - 10 Years in the Slums" that includes two new songs, two covers (Alice Cooper and W.A.S.P.), and a re-recorded track from their debut. See below for full tracklisting. The EP is a celebration of the 10th anniversary of the band's first album, "Let The Games Begin". The new EP will be released on March 18th on all digital platforms with physical versions to follow this June. Physical copies are available on the band's Bandcamp page. "We are relieved to finally be able to announce this EP. We thought it would have been nice to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of our first album "Let the Games Begin" by releasing something new. Not a new album, but something with which we could take stock of where we are now, ten years after we started our journey. So, together with Frontiers we planned this nice little EP that includes two brand new songs ("Kamikaze" and "10 Years in the Slums"), two cover songs (Alice Cooper and W.A.S.P.), and a reworked version of "In Your Eyes", a track we love so much and that was released as a bonus track on the Japanese version of our first album. As for the covers, we chose "He's Back" by Alice Cooper (already released as a special Halloween digital single treat) and "Chainsaw Charlie" by W.A.S.P., since we all agreed that "The Crimson Idol" is definitely one of our favorite albums ever. The plan was to release it exactly 10 years after the first album, so in 2021, but because of the prevalent situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the production process of vinyls underwent several disruptions, thus we were forced to postpone it again and again. After a long wait we can finally say that "Kamikaze (10 Years in the Slums)" will be released on March 18, 2022 on all digital platforms and on June 20, 2022 on very limited edition vinyl plus as an ultra limited bundle which will include the vinyl, the cassette (yeah, back to the 80’s!), and other goodies. Thanks for sticking with us for the last ten years!" - HITC 2022 Hell In The Club is an Italian hard rock/heavy metal band featuring members of Elvenking and Secret Sphere. The band has released five albums and is currently celebrating 10 years as a band after the release of their debut album "Let The Games Begin" in 2011. With DAVE on vocals, ANDY on bass, MARK on drums and PICCO on the guitar, HELL IN THE CLUB will delight you, they'll make you dance, sing, and bang your heads with their songs. They mix classic hard rock and modern sounds, heavy metal and party songs, fifties rock’n’roll, and anything in between. Rock ‘n roll is all about fun and that is what has been on display throughout their musical career. "Kamikaze - 10 Years in the Slums" EP Tracklisting: 1. Kamikaze 2. 10 Years in the Slums 3. 5. New video for 'Devil (Knock on My Door)' from the new album 'Little Bang Theory'. From Frontiers: Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to announce the forthcoming release of Poison Rose's debut album, "Little Bang Theory" on April 15, 2022. Poison Rose is a new band fronted by Italian vocalist Marco Sivo. Poison Rose is a new project centered around vocalist Marco Sivo, a songwriter and backing vocalist on multiple releases from the Frontiers label. Frontiers' President Serafino Perugino wanted to put him in the spotlight and showcase his talents as a songwriter and singer, thus Poison Rose was born. The debut album, "Little Bang Theory" features 11 contemporary hard rock songs with in-your-face performances and haunting melodies. Brought to the label's attention by producer Alessandro Del Vecchio, Marco Sivo has written songs for albums by Gioeli-Castronovo, Lovekillers feat. Tony Harnell, and Sweet Oblivion feat. Geoff Tate and has also been featured as backing vocalist on all of the Hell In The Club albums released by the Frontiers label and on “Lifeblood” by Secret Sphere. When Perugino talked to Del Vecchio about building a new project around Sivo’s voice, it was a natural fit to surround Marco with musicians from his circle of friends: Edo Sala (Sunstorm, Lovekillers), Aldo Lonobile (Secret Sphere, Edge Of Forever), and Andrea Seveso (Robin McAuley, Jorn). All three deliver the goods, as they always do, on "Little Bang Theory", giving it a depth and identity that goes well beyond a mere studio project. Marco Sivo has been Italy’s best kept secret for years. Since his last time fronting a band was with the prog-metal band Time Machine on their last album “Reviviscence” in 2004, the time had come to bring him more in the public eye fronting a new, fresh band that would be the right musical vehicle for his vocal and writing abilities. (Sivo’s voice has also been heard on national broadcast “Virgin Radio”, singing their official 10th anniversary jingle/anthem, so some of you might know his voice without realizing it.) Songs for "Little Bang Theory" were written by Sivo with Alessandro Del Vecchio, Pete Alpenborg, Brett Jones, Riccardo Canato, Jonas Erikson, and upcoming talent Stefano Mainini. Tracklist: 1. Inner Wolf 2. Your Eyes Again 3. Devil (Knock On My Door) 4. Hearts Beat Loud 5. Set Us Free 6. Survive To You 7. Eternally, Wild And Free 8. River Of Dreams 9. Older Now 10. All Along The Way 11. 11. From James Christian: 2022 and I’m nearly finished with the new House Of Lords CD “Saints And Sinners”. I’m always thinking how to approach new music and where it’s gonna go. This time around I worked tirelessly with Mark Mangold who is an amazing musician and songwriter! He is also a workaholic like myself. Jimi Bell is also writing and recording tracks. The music on this CD is mystical, heavy, melodic, and intricate. Like no other we have done since the very 1st HOL Album. Stay tuned for release date, EPK and music video to launch within the coming months, Thomas Ståhl Entertainment with be handling booking for a European tour and Asia Looking forward to seeing you soon!!!
  12. From Frontiers: Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to announce the reissue of Swedish rockers House Of Shakira's debut album, "Lint" on March 11, 2022. Available on 2CD and 2xLP color vinyl, the reissue marks the album's 25th Anniversary and is remastered by guitarist Mats Hallstensson. In addition to a remaster of the original album, the reissue features a never-before released version of the full album featuring lead vocals by the band's original singer, Mikael Eriksson. Eriksson recorded the album and then departed the band before it was released, so the band re-recorded "Lint" with then new vocalist, Andreas Eklund. That version is what was released and what the public knows to be the band's debut album, "Lint". "Since "Lint" has a 25th anniversary in 2022, it was time to dust off the old DAT master tapes that I've kept since 1997. I also found DAT demos of all the "Lint" tracks that we recorded with our first singer Mikael "Zifa" Eriksson during 1993-1995. I re-mastered all the tracks and it ended up as a double album. Since all the tracks are new masters, I think it sounds fresh, and very much up to date," says Mats Hallstensson. Frontiers Music Srl released the band's last studio album (and ninth overall), “Radiocarbon” in 2019 and in addition to the reissue of "Lint" on March 11, 2022, will also release the band's next brand new studio album. Originally called The Station, House Of Shakira is a Swedish melodic hard rock band originally formed in Stockholm in 1991. After deciding to change their name at the behest of a Swedish record label, "The Record Station", who thought the band's name was too close to their own, their new moniker came about in an interesting way. A German magazine, that had reviewed their demo and noticed the band had no name, ran a contest to have their readers pick the band's name. Geoff Noddings, a reader from England, entered the contest and suggested the name "House Of Shakira". In 1991, newspapers in England had written about a boutique store in London called "The House of Shakira." Using the sale of clothes in the boutique as a cover, the store actually offered and sold a very different commodity, as it was in fact a bordello. The band loved the name and thought then, and still today, that the name is a nice metaphor for something that is not what it seems to be. That certainly fits in with their music not being what one would normally expect of 'melodic rock'. House Of Shakira is known for having a unique sound that stands out amongst other bands in the genre. They create melodic rock of the highest quality by mixing hard rock with several other musical styles. The vocals soar, the melodies rise, and the guitars bring it all back together. All these components make listening to the band's music a sensational experience. Because of the diversity of the music, House Of Shakira does not fall under your typical hard rock banner and in a world of musical clones, this is indeed a breath of fresh air. House Of Shakira are one of the most consistent and enjoyable melodic hard rock bands out there, as proved through their body of work over the decades. Tracklisting: CD1 *Remastered* 1. 13. From Frontiers: On the heels of the release of the band's latest studio album, "Seminole," Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to announce the reissue of Edge Of Forever's first three studio albums, "Feeding The Fire" (2004), "Let The Demon Rock 'N' Roll" (2005), and "Another Paradise" (2009). All three albums have been remastered by Edge Of Forever founding member and mastermind Alessandro Del Vecchio and will be available as individual albums digitally and as a special 3CD set, "The Days Of Future Past - The Remasters" as well. Del Vecchio was joined on the first two albums, "Feeding The Fire" and "Let The Demon Rock N Roll", by vocalist Bob Harris (ex-AXE), guitarist Matteo Carnio, bassist Christian Grillo, and drummer Francesco Jovino (who would later become the drummer for Primal Fear and JORN). For "Another Paradise", Del Vecchio took over on lead vocals (and still played keyboards, of course) and drummer Francesco Jovino remained, while bassist Nik Mazzucconi, who is still in the band, and guitarist Walter Caliaro joined. Bob Harris, Roberto Tiranti (Labyrinth), and Carsten Schulz (Devoid, Evidence One) provided backing vocals and Jgor Gianola provided additional guitars. The first record, "Feeding The Fire" was produced by Marcel Jacob, former Yngwie Malmsteen bassist and bassist of Talisman. Del Vecchio had met Jacob at a show in Milan, IT in the early '00s and given him a copy of EOF demos. Jacob liked what he heard and offered to produce their debut album. He also got the band signed to MTM in Germany and Jeff Scott Soto, the vocalist of Talisman, appears on background vocals on the album. Del Vecchio has talked about his eternal debt of gratitude to Jacob over the years, including in the Edge Of Forever song 'Take Your Time' from the album "Native Soul". Since coming back from an extended hiatus in 2019 with new members guitarist Aldo Lonobile (Secret Sphere, Archon Angel) and drummer Marco di Salvia (Hardline) joining the band founder and vocalist/keyboardist Alessandro Del Vecchio and bassist Nik Mazzucconi (Labyrinth), Edge Of Forever has released two studio albums, "Native Soul" and “Seminole”. Both albums continue the band’s tradition of combining inspirational and positive lyrics with powerful riffs, anthemic vocals, and skilled musicianship inspired by the heart and depth of Native American culture. 14. From MelodicRock Classics: MelodicRock Classics is thrilled to partner with LITTLE AMERICA, one of the label’s favourite American rock acts of the late 80s, to deliver a career spanning release simply titled ‘Anthology’. Featuring all the songs from their two acclaimed studio albums, the set also includes a whole range of previously unreleased tracks - several live tracks from the band’s first tour; 3 Alt-Versions of tracks from the debut and a handful of unreleased tracks from the band’s second album recording sessions. The complete Little America recording sessions in one place for the first time. Little America, a four-piece group from Los Angeles, cranked out two of the best AOR albums of the eighties: The self-titled “Little America”, which had the top-ten hit “Walk On Fire”, and their second album, “Fairgrounds”, which also yielded a top-ten track “Where Were You”. Signed to Geffen in late 1985, the band began recording in the spring of 1986, and released “Little America” in February of 1987. The immediate success of “Walk on Fire” surprised the label, and Geffen stepped up the promotion on it. An extensive U.S. tour followed, though sales suffered in some regions of the country because despite many packed houses, there weren’t sufficient (or in some cases, any) product in the stores. Nevertheless, “Little America” sold nearly 100,000 units. The band was particularly big in the Midwest, and caused quite a stir in Dallas, thanks to Little America’s biggest fan, KTXQ’s Redbeard. The second album was not to fare as well. Though the material was as strong (the band felt) as the tracks on the first album, things were starting to unravel. Due to some internal strife at Geffen, the band was dealt a new A&R person, who immediately removed several of the band’s favorite songs from the album (“Caught in the Rain”, “She Moves like Lightning” and “Now and Forever”) and teamed Andy and Mike up with Diane Warren, who penned most of “Where Were You” while Mike and Andy watched. (The guys wrote the bridge). Morale didn’t exactly hit an all-time high, songwriting being a bit of a vanity point. “Fairgrounds”, released in Winter 1989, did yield a top-ten hit “Where Were You”, but didn’t sell well, and the band was dropped. RCA quickly showed interest, but Mike decided to leave, wanting to pursue his own musical direction, and the band dissolved. When Geffen was sold to MCA in the early 90’s, much of the Geffen catalog never got re-released. As of this writing, neither of Little America’s albums has been in print until this collection, which includes not only the first two albums in their entirety, but bonus material as well. Songs were recorded between February 1985 and May of 1988 in Los Angeles, CA. Little America: Mike Magrisi - Lead Vocals, Bass Andy Logan - Lead And Rhythm Guitars, Lead Vocals John Hussey - Rhythm And Lead Guitars, Vocals Kurt Custer - Drums, Percussion, Vocals The 2CD set LITTLE AMERICA ‘Anthology’ will be released by MelodicRock Classics March 25, with Pre-orders and advance digital delivery available in February. 15. From MelodicRock Classics: MelodicRock Classics is excited to announce that Tom DeLuca's long lost second studio album has been liberated from the vaults. DeLuca’s acclaimed cult favorite debut ‘Down To The Wire’ was released by Epic Records in 1986. He was also signed with MCA Music (Universal) as a songwriter and was working on his next album for Epic when the label went through a mass firing of staff, including his A&R person. That label restructure quashed any hope for a second album. As often happens, tracks were leaked and pirated over the years, some incorrectly titled and others with poor audio quality. For the first time, DeLuca now delivers the ‘official’ second album ‘Street Rock’, correctly marked and in the original intended sequence. Two additional bonus tracks have been added - the anthemic rocker “Take It Like A Man” and DeLuca’s original version of “Satisfied Man,” a hit he co-wrote for Southern rock band Molly Hatchet. Tom DeLuca: “When MelodicRock Classics contacted me about releasing songs I recorded years ago but had never released, it came out of the blue. These are songs that had special meaning to me at different phases of my life, but I never expected them to be heard. I hope the listener will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed writing and recording them.” Tom Deluca is an American songwriter who started his career in Nashville, TN. Born in Pittsburgh but growing up in South Florida, he moved to Nashville in his early 20s, and within two years had his first publishing deal. He moved to Los Angeles in the 90’s when he was signed by Epic Records as a solo artist and still resides there today. In 1986, Tom’s first album called ‘Down To The Wire’ was recorded in London and produced by James Guthrie (Pink Floyd). Deluca produced or co-produced ‘Street Rock’, with the exception of “Satisfied Man” which was produced by Terry Manning (ZZ Top, Lenny Kravitz). As a songwriter, DeLuca has enjoyed success with a number of cuts including "Man Alive" (Diesel), "Bound For Glory” (Angry Anderson), "Down By The River" (Meredith Brooks), "Are You Satisfied” (Jon Stevens), "Heart Over Mind” (Jennifer Rush), "Women In Chains” (Joe Perry), “Guilty” (Tora Tora), “Zone” (Southern Sons), "Chance Of A Lifetime" (Micky Dolenz of the Monkees), "Satisfied Man" (Molly Hatchet) and "Son Of Detroit” (Kid Rock /David Alan Coe). Other songs have been covered by James Christian, Aldo Nova, Joanna Dean, Steelhouse Lane, Paul Dean and Gary Richrath. ‘Street Rock’ will be released by MelodicRock Classics on CD & Digital March 25, with Pre-Orders and Advance Digital Audio available in February. Track Listing: 01. Can’t Get Enough of You 02. Even The Strongest Heart 03. Still I Wanna Fall 04. You’re My Religion 05. Remnants of Yesterday (Instrumental) 06. Shotgun Wedding 07. 16. For fans of soundtracks anthems. From MelodicRock Classics: MelodicRock Classics is excited to announce a partnership with singer/songwriter/producer STEVEN McCLINTOCK to release a pair of phenomenal melodic rock records to feature the acclaimed singer’s voice. With over 40 years as a successful musician, singer, songwriter, publisher, producer & manager, Steven McClintock is the owner and driving force behind 37 Records and Management. With over 350 cuts and over 25 films and dozens of TV shows to his credit, Steven is also very involved in publishing with Tim James at McJames Music Inc. with writers like Stephen Petree, Chad Petree, Jeremy Dawson from Shiny Toy Guns and Grammy nominee songwriter Pamela Oland. The second record in the partnership with Steven is something that will excite many fans of classic hands-in-the-air 80s anthems. Steven McClintock the voice behind many cult 80s action films, the voice of the feel good soundtracks that these films championed through the best decade ever. For years now, many of these songs have been traded over the internet and featured on YouTube, with audio taken directly from the movies themselves or other poor-quality sources. But now gathered in one place are all the legendary tunes from such movies as Deadly Prey, The Bounty Hunter, Space Mutiny, Born Killer, Nightwars and more… Curated by MelodicRock Classics over two discs for a free-flowing selection of melodic rock anthems and heartfelt ballads, Steven McClintock’s Soundtrack Heroes is a real treat for fans of 80s rock and 80s action films. Included are a couple of never before released songs, which never featured in films, adding value to the collection. Tim James Auringer comments on the writing partnership: “After placing a song in one of David A. Prior’s movies In late 1986, David called and asked if we knew how to score a movie. Having never scored a movie before we of course said, “yes”. That began a crash course in film scoring and a journey of composing music and placing over 60 songs in 20 films for David A. Prior and Action International Pictures. Steven McClintock and I solicited the assistance of some friends (Mark Mancina, Garm Beall and Tim Heintz) who had also, naturally, never scored a motion picture before. Some of these films have gone on to become cult classics, such as Deadly Prey and Space Mutiny. The later becoming one of the favorite “Mystery Science Theater” episodes of all time. Sadly, David A. Prior passed away a few years ago, but his films continue to be shown all around the world on late night TV. We had fun working on these films and thank David for the opportunity to be involved in so many of his movies.” ‘Soundtrack Heroes’ is another gem from the archives, one which MelodicRock Classics is excited to bring to fans. Masters were supplied by Steven, with MRC’s JK Northrup remastering expertise again at work. STEVEN McCLINTOCK ‘Soundtrack Heroes’ will be available for CD Pre-Order and Advance Digital Audio Delivery from this Friday January 14, with CDs shipping to fans during February. 17. The first record in the partnership with Steven is the release of another long-lost classic record for fans of early 80s AOR/pomp rock – the band HEADWAY. Written and recorded in 1979-1980, HEADWAY’s Self-Titled debut is packed with early 80s style classic rock, with a healthy dose of Toto-esque musical twists and turns and Styx-like pomp, all layered in the sweet vocals of McClintock. Steven discusses the forming of the band: “I had just finished up with my duo, Fertitta & McClintock after we were released from our Arista Records/Clive Davis contract, and was looking for a new project. I had formed a studio business with my buddy Michael Mikulka and we were cutting different musicians/songwriters commercially in his Garden Grove garage. Scott Plunkett (keys) was there recording and told me he was playing at El Paso Cantina in Long Beach with another guy name Bruce Boulanger (guitar). Mike McKinnon (bass) was working there in another room and they had previously talked about putting a band together. I decided to go see Scott play, he and Bruce brought me upstairs to see Mike, we sat down at a table then and there and decided to put a band together. Just like that. All we needed was a drummer. Scott was friends with a guy name Chris Stewart and he took the gig as our drummer. We did a LOT of rehearsals because the material we wanted to play was extremely difficult yet going to be brilliant once we got it down! No one in our local scene was doing this type of music. So “Headway” was formed. That was late 1978. Our first gig was at “The Warehouse” in Newport Beach. The drummer was working a full-time day gig somewhere and wasn’t able to practice, so we hired John “Bones“ McConnell and he became our drummer. Fairly soon after that, the “Grrr”, Alex Gutierrez, started sitting in with us on congas and “toys” and became part of the group by default. This album is dedicated to him.” The twelve-track record has been rescued from the vaults, with two ‘official bootleg’ live bonus tracks added to complete the HEADWAY picture. It is truly a lost gem, which MelodicRock Classics is excited to bring to light finally, after all these years. 18. New song 'Never Say Never'. From Frontiers: Frontiers Music Srl is thrilled to present the debut single of original material from Serbian hard rockers The Big Deal! 'Never Say Never' is now available on all music streaming platforms. The Big Deal, featuring two outstanding vocalists, Ana Nikolic and Nevena Brankovic (who is also a highly skilled keyboard/piano player), offers up a catchy, driving sound that will appeal to both melodic rock and hard rock fans. 'Never Say Never' serves as an appetizer for the band's upcoming debut album, composed by the team of guitarist Srdjan and keyboardist Nevena, which will be released this spring. Stay tuned for more news on that soon! The Big Deal first came together when guitarist, composer, and producer Srdjan and keyboardist Nevena, who is an academic pianist and singer, started working with singer Ana Nikolic. Ana had spent the past few years fronting local bands, but after meeting Srdjan and Nevena, they started collaborating in the studio together on some songs. While working on some new ideas, Srdjan thought it would be interesting to include Ana's vocals in addition to Nevena's in the recordings they were working on. After a couple of songs were finished, they were overjoyed with the results and thus some of The Big Deal's first demos were born. These would eventually morph into the music that was presented to Frontiers and ultimately got them signed. To round out the lineup, the band brought in drummer Marko Milojevic and later, Alessandro Del Vecchio (Hardline, Revolution Saints) on bass (who was instrumental in introducing the band to the label). Both Srdjan and Marko are members of the most successful Serbian progressive metal band, Alogia. Throughout his career, Srdjan has played on many festivals and tours, recorded and collaborated on countless studio and live albums, and opened for some well-known bands such as Whitesnake, Ian Paice, Apocalyptica, Savatage, and more. He was also a member of Michael Matijevic's live band in Bulgaria. On his “Expedition Delta” and “Alogia” albums, he collaborated with names such as Tim 'Ripper' Owens, Mark Boals, Erik Norlander, Gary Wehrkamp, Fabio Lione, and Hansi Kursch, among others.
  19. New song 'No Smoke Without a Fire' (Bad Company cover). I've always liked the original version. From Frontiers: One of the great up-and-coming hard rock singers of our time, Ronnie Romero (Rainbow, Lords Of Black, Sunstorm, The Ferrymen) has announced the release of a unique covers album, "Raised On Radio" on April 15, 2022. "Raised On Radio" features covers of classics that have meant something special to Romero over the years and helped forge this talented singer's musical style. Songs by legendary acts like Survivor, Bad Company, Foreigner, Queen, Led Zeppelin, and more are given Romero's talented vocal treatment here. Joining Romero is a stellar cast of musicians, including Srdjan Brankovic (The Big Deal, Alogia) on guitar, Javi Garcia on bass, Andy C (ex-Lords of Black) on drums, and Alessandro Del Vecchio on keyboards, who also handled production, mixing and mastering. Serafino Perugino, President & Head of A&R for Frontiers, obviously already had a working relationship with Romero through Lords Of Black and The Ferrymen, but knew Romero had the pipes to sing Melodic Rock/AOR (hence why he brought him in to sing for 2020's "Afterlife" by Sunstorm). As the two discussed Romero working on a solo album for the label, Perugino brought forward the idea of Romero covering classic AOR and Classic Rock artists for a covers album. Romero, being a fan of these styles already and influenced by them in his formative years, knew he could easily pick a killer list of songs that suited his tastes and thus, "Raised On Radio" was born. Through Romero's career thus far, he has performed killer renditions of several rock classics as part of his shows fronting legendary acts like Rainbow and the Michael Schenker Group (MSG). He's also covered classic songs by Journey, Queen, Rainbow, and more with Spanish metallers Lords Of Black. So, with trying his hand at covers by legendary artists being familiar territory already, “Raised on Radio" were waters that Romero was already comfortable wading into. But rather than go for covers of well known mega-hits, Romero and company went for, in most cases, lesser known, deep cuts from these legendary bands. Because after all, when you truly love a band, you know those gems buried beneath the surface on their hit albums. Such gems by Queen, Kansas, Elf, Uriah Heep, Bad Company, Foreigner, and more are taken on here with passion and enthusiasm by Ronnie and his backing band of supremely talented players. Romero's voice and prolific musical activity have brought him to the forefront of the hard rock/metal scene where he can be seen/heard with Lords of Black, The Ferrymen, Sunstorm, Rainbow, and the Michael Schenker Group. Ambitious and driven as always, this record is a special treat for fans while Romero continues work on his proper debut solo album of original material, which is being worked on at the moment. Tracklist: 1. Sin's A Good Man's Brother (Grand Funk Railroad) 2. Backstreet Love Affair (Survivor) 3. No Smoke Without a Fire (Bad Company) 4. I Was Born To Love You (Queen) 5.
