  5. The new song is simply brilliant. When was the last time you heard bongos in a hard rock/metal song? This sounds like a beefed up Toto.
  6. From Frontiers: Latvian hard rockers Bloody Heels have announced their return with a new studio album, "Rotten Romance" on June 10, 2022. “Rotten Romance”, their third album overall, follows their Frontiers debut, "Ignite The Sky" (2020). While the band still shows nods to the great ‘80s hard rock scene in their sound, the new album presents a stylistic leap from the band that is delightfully unexpected and welcome. Not content to be stagnant in their musical approach, Bloody Heels have pushed their sound forward, proving that innovation within the confines of a genre is always possible when the will to push through barriers exists. "Rotten Romance" will certainly please fans of the band's previous work, where strains of classic '80s hard rock were mixed with elements of heavy metal (and that is still very much the case here), but touches of progressive rock, gothic metal, and more modern rock are now identifiable in the mix and with spectacular results. Vocalist Vicky White's whisky-soaked sounding throat is in fine form here, while guitarist Harry Rivers, bassist Gunn Everett, and drummer Gus Hawk already superb playing has jumped up multiple levels. Intense, driving parts mix with atmospheric, sometimes dark breakdowns, giving the album's rhythm an enjoyable variety that works seamlessly. Have Bloody Heels just provided the blueprint for how the class of bands paying respect to '80s hard rock and metal can actually push the genre into new, exciting, inventive territory? Only time will be the judge of that, but with "Rotten Romance" these Latvian upstarts have certainly thrown down a gauntlet for their peers to attempt to match. Formed in 2012 in Riga, Latvia, Bloody Heels made a name for themselves with the EP 'Summer Nights' (2014) and the studio albums 'Through Mystery' (2017) and 'Ignite The Sky' (2020). They’ve played shows all around Europe including Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, and the Baltic States “Rotten Romance” Tracklisting: 1. 9. What the fuck are you on about? I'm no big Trump fan but I'm sure as hell don't like O'Biden and his cohorts. So you mean the current administration is fucked up because of Trump or are they doing it for themselves? You really can't see how fucked up this administration is? WAY more than Trump's. Freaking woke dorks...
  10. What is really pathetic is that some of you dorks immediately mention Trump when criticizing O'Biden. Even if Trump was bad, the current administration are far worse. You ladies can't handle it. Blinded and confused alongside the whole 'woke' movement. Have I mentioned I hate the 'woke' movement? Well I don't hate it, I despise it. Thumps up for DeSantis if he runs for the top spot in 2024.

  13. Maybe, MAYBE 'Deep Connection' will be released this year. From facebook back in December: Hi there! Just wanted to say that we are still at it. Heard some new demos last weeks and they are sounding real good. Can't wait to share the whole lot with you. What i can tell you now is that on the new album called "Deep Connection" will be 13 songs. All but 1 were written by me on 2019 and we decided to add one song which i wrote in 2012 while living in Brighton UK. By the way, nice AoR band Passion Steet is from Brighton as far as i know. Check them out. Where was i. The whole album will be mixed and mastered again by our guitarist and a great friend of mine Mikk Tivas . We are a 2 member band at the moment and although progress might seems slow but it's worth the wait. I will not give you any album release date just yet coz every time i want to promise something there will be changes in life which delay the progress What else, i think i heard most of the new Aor/Hard rock-you name it albums of 2021.I must say my favorites this year are Nitrate, Nestor, Cruzh. How about you? By the way our prehistoric 1st album is still available. Drop me a line if you want one. Already been using them as beer coasters Reneck Sweet

  16. New album out May 13. Press release: Founded in 2019 by French guitarist Arthur Vere & Swedish singer Jack L. Stroem, SQUARED instantly became something very dear & special for the duo, taking inspiration from the late 80’s AoR scene mixed with their own musical backgrounds. After the first songwriting session for “Strange Affairs” the plan was made & everything was going as scheduled… Then 2020 came and we all know what happened. The plan was reworked, more songs were written and “Strange Affairs” was recorded remotely from Sweden & France respectively by Jack & Arthur sending files across the world wide web to each other. It was also during this time that SQUARED decided to hire the renowned session musicians and longtime friends of Jack; Robin Risander on Drums & Kammo Olayvar on Bass “Strange Affairs” has an authentic sound because it was recorded with vintage instruments together with live drums & completely without any autotune on the vocals. For 1989 this would be the way every album had to be recorded, but it is almost unheard of in today’s music scene. Without plans of stopping SQUARED intends to surf on the 80’s nostalgia wave while writing music that could have been released back then.. But wasn’t. 01. One Thousand Years 02. Stranger at Heart 03. Personal Matter 04. Darkest Fantasies 05. Love Can Be Lonely 06. Say That You Love Me 07. Love Affair 08. Clutching at Straws 09. Anthem of a Broken Heart 10. Night Drive Cali (Bonus Track) 11. This Feeling (Bonus Track) facebook
  17. New video for 'I've Hurt Myself (By Hurting You)'.
  18. New lyric video for 'Little Piece Of Heaven' feat. Doro Pesch.
