  3. New single drops in a few days. Press release: Coming off their most successful album yet, "Paradigm" (which includes the massive single 'Viva La Victoria' that has 15 million streams and counting), Sweden's Eclipse are putting the finishing touches on their upcoming new studio album, which will be released this fall. In the meantime, the band has released a brand new single, an anthem for the ages, 'Saturday Night (Hallelujah)'. “It was another one of those Saturday nights. At home. But, for the first time in a very long time there was hope. Suddenly there were stories about someone’s mom getting 'the shot', an old neighbor who was able to see the grandkids for the first time in a year, and I saw an ad for a gig. A real one, without screens or internet connections. A songwriter buddy of mine was there and we walked back to the studio and wrote most of what would become 'Saturday Night (Hallelujah)' in 15 minutes,” says Eclipse frontman Erik Martensson “There’s absolutely nothing snotty about this song. It’s about partying! Don’t try to tell me you’re not up for a good f***ing party right about now?” continues Martensson. Over the last few years Eclipse have performed to audiences around the globe, including the U.S, Japan, Australia and Europe and have opened for giants like Aerosmith and the Scorpions. Their albums have amassed millions of streams and charted in several European countries. With the momentum of their last studio album "Paradigm" propelling them, their upcoming studio album promises to push them even further up the rock 'n roll mountain. Stay tuned! 5. From Frontiers: Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to announce the signing of Memoria avenue to the label. Memoria Avenue is a new Melodic Rock/AOR band from Norway showcasing an artistic union between guitarist Tor Talle and the awesome new singer Jan Le’Brandt. Their debut album is currently in the works. ”I`m so proud to be part of the Frontiers family and it is an honor to work with such wonderful and talented people,” says Tor Talle. Tor is a skilled guitarist, best known for his AOR project, Northern Light. He has also worked, either writing songs and/or performing with, on records from melodic rock giants such as Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow, Deep Purple), Fergie Frederiksen (ex-TOTO), Rob Moratti (ex-SAGA), Steve Overland (FM), and the late Tony Mills (TNT, Shy). Jan Le’ Brandt has roots in the magnificent north of Norway, but moved to the southern part in his early teens. His voice is sometimes hoarse and rough, but also moves into a more delicate and sensitive style. Jan masters the whole spectrum to the fullest, with his soulful presence both on stage and in the studio. He has already previously released some material as a solo artist and appeared in the cover band Svigermord, and formerly sang for Big City (Frontiers Music Srl), but Memoria Avenue is his chance to truly shine. Memoria Avenue is yet another absolutely stunning newcomer to the AOR scene brought to you by Frontiers Music Srl. With a sound and style that will particularly appeal to fans of stylish, ’80s oriented melodic rock bands, think Journey and newer bands like Perfect Plan and Work of Art , with a hint of that breezy, feel good sound which is not as easy to find these days. Listening to these songs will transport you to the feeling of driving by the sea with the windows rolled down without a care in the world. Certainly not a bad feeling in this day and age… Jan Le’Brandt: Lead vocal and Backing Vocals Tor Talle: Guitars, Keyboard and Bass Dag Selboskar: Keyboards Svenn Huneide: Bass Bjørn Olav Lauvdal: Drums Additional Musicians: Mick Devine: Backing and Harmony Vocals Mats Ericsson: Drums on Stuck Bengt Risåsen: Bass on Sometimes Marianne Hagen: Female voice on If You Fall www.memoriaavenue.com www.facebook.com/memoriaavenue

  7. New video for 'Skygazer'. Press release: Resurrection Kings, consisting of core members Craig Goldy (guitars), Chas West (vocals), and Vinny Appice (drums), have announced their return! "Skygazer", the follow-up to their self-titled debut album, takes up where they left off, offering a magnificent set of songs with big, heavy riffs coupled with loads of catchy hooks and melodies. The album will be released on July 16, 2021. "Once again, with the talent pool in which we have access to create, we all brought our "A" game to the writing and recording of this album. With the freedom to utilize the music that we all were influenced by that started our musical endeavours to begin with, hopefully we expanded upon them in a way in which to inspire another generation of listeners to start a similar journey," says guitarist Craig Goldy. Goldy is truly on fire here, hitting every note with passion and feel. Vocalist Chas West shows off his massive pipes, delivering an exquisite hard rock performance. Appice is, as always, rock solid behind the kit. Fans who loved the '80s hard rock/metal vibe coupled with touches of '70s legends of the band's debut, will have much to celebrate with "Skygazer". Resurrection Kings is a band centered around the talents of Craig Goldy, of Giuffria and DIO fame. The idea for the band sprang from a set of demos he recorded with singer Chas West, a vocalist with an unbelievable set of pipes, who has worked over the years with bands like the Jason Bonham Band, Foreigner, Tribe Of Gypsies, and his own band, West Bound (Frontiers Music Srl). From there, Frontiers President & Head of A&R Serafino Perugino became involved and prompted Goldy to put together a lineup which also included former DIO/Black Sabbath and current Last In Line drummer Vinny Appice. Produced and co-written by Alessandro Del Vecchio (Revolution Saints, Hardline, JORN, etc.), the resulting self-titled debut album was an impressive example of classic hard rock with contemporary production and edge. mixing a vibe of Whitesnake's “1987” with DIO’s “Dream Evil” and adding a touch of classic Led Zeppelin and Rainbow. An extremely fun, rockin' record where the musicians were able to stretch their wings and really go for it in their performances. The band's pure talents and performances here coupled with Del Vecchio’s production makes for a massive album that will surely be a hard rock highlight of the year! 11. Album out July 16. From Escape Music: One of the long lost records of the ‘80’s, L.A. based Life By Night’s self-titled debut album is finally getting some way overdue recognition! Formed by lead vocalist and bassist Tom Croucier, the brother of Ratt bassist Juan Croucier, Life By Night had the songs and the look, but sadly not the traction, thanks to the usual story of music business politics to take things any further than they did. Having played in a variety of different groups through years, Tom has been a part of Roger Romeo’s group “Romeo” as well as A&M record’s Bobby Dazzler and Santana. In 1981 Tom Played on the excellent “Down to the Bone” album in 1981 by Vic Vergat. The band played all over Europe before they went to the States to open for Nazareth. Tom also played bass on the Scorpions “Blackout” album. After returning to the States following the break-up of the Vic Vergat Group, Tom began writing songs and would eventually put together a new band project with drummer Bryan Hitt (REO Speedwagon), and it was then that a band called “Life by Night” was formed. In the mid-eighties Life by Night recorded their debut album with Richie Zito behind the production desk. The songs were melodic AOR with poppy overtones and it was all set to be released when the label at the time just dropped them. It happened so quickly, and as a result this fine album from 1985 never saw the light of day. Here it is though, fully remastered on CD for the very first time. “I was blown away when I heard it,” says Tom. “I love the way it sounds. I’m really happy with it. The way ‘Angel’ sounds especially is just great. I always felt that should’ve been the first single when it was originally released back in 1985. It just had so much crossover potential.” The CD is a limited numbered release of 1000 only. Track List: 1- Phone to Phone (4:02) 2- I Believe in You (3:58) 3- Angel (4:17) 4- Non Stop World (4:06) 5- No One Knows (3:49) 6- Automatic (4:34) 7- Trouble (3:32) 8- For no reason (4:20) 9- Situation (3:47) 10- Life by Night (4:36) 11- Fade to Blue (3:49) un-released bonus track 12 You and I (3:58) un-released bonus track Band is: Tom Croucier – Lead Vocals & Bass (Scorpions / Dokken / Vic Vergat Group) Stuart Mathis – Guitars & Vocals Bryan Hitt – Drums (REO Speedwagon) Jeff Naideau – Keyboards & Guitar Kevin Anderson – Keyboards / Vocals
  12. Personnel includes Björn Strid, Jona Tee, Robin Eriksson, Linnéa Vikström and more. Press release: Nighthawk is the brand new soloproject by Robert Majd, also known as the bass player in Metalite and Captain Black Beard. When the pandemic hit in March last year and tours got cancelled left and right, Rob asked Jona Tee to help him record some rock’n’roll. The idea was just to have fun and get to play guitar again. Henrik Johansson joined on drums. No rehearsal, no preparations. Just spontaneous and energetic rock music! A few month later Rob came up with the name NIGHTHAWK and got the desire to do a full length album with a bunch of different guest vocalists. Another batch of songs were recorded in August, covers and originals, with Henrik and this time with Georgios Vamvatsicos on bass. ”Having all of these great musicians participating on my album is a real honor for me” says Robert. You’ll hear Björn Strid (The Night Flight Orchestra, Soilwork), Robin Eriksson (Degreed), Linnéa Vikström (Therion, At The Movies), Chips Kiesbye (Sator), Jona Tee (H.E.A.T), Peter Larsson (Manny Ribera) and Luka Ravase (Deeper Purple). The album includes seven original tracks and four cover songs. The covers are cult classics ”Firefall” (by 220 Volt) and ”It’s A Mad Mad World” (by Weapon), as well as an old Björn Skifs song called ”I Used To Love This City” and the never before released Frehley’s Comet song ”I Will Survive”. ”I didn’t change the cover songs much. I just wanted to pay tribute to these great artists and hopefully introduce them to people who might have missed them” says Robert. The album was produced by Erik Modin (Wildness) and will be released by MR Records. NIGHTHAWK – Midnight Hunter Track list: MIRACLE JUST LET GO STAY ALIVE I WILL SURVIVE BREAKING THE CHAINS COME TO ME I USED TO LOVE THIS CITY HERE COMES THE BEAST FIREFALL ON MY OWN IT’S A MAD MAD WORLD www.facebook.com/nighthawkrocknroll
