I got a few of them from a store that was selling them for 9.99 a piece, and they sound awesome. Though I hate them damn digipacks, they suck.

Don't forget to keep all receipts for everything, if you do get a 1099, and make enough for them to issue you one like was said over 600.00, make sure you write off your computer and any and all other expense that relate to your job, because you are going to get screwed in the self employment portion of you taxes if you have income. If you had started your own corp, which isn't so expensive they are not required to issue you a 1099, but that's more legal jumble.

I just listened to mine for the first time, and mine has the same problem, I sure hope I can return my copy and get one that isn't defective. I need to start to listen to my cd's when I get them to make sure now.

I got the Penny lanes when they first came out, as far as I know all copies are cdr's. I thought this was silver pressed...!!?!?!? Maybe silver ones have sold out and now they're selling cdrs? Will have to have closer look at mine when I get home. I don't remember it being a cdr. Yeah, mine wasn't a CDR either. But like you, Lindsay, I bought it years and years ago so as you say, they may have sold out of the silver pressed ones.

I have the encore cd and it is a cdr, I am pretty sure silver replicated means cdr.

Got the reissue in the mail today, they aren't silver pressed, they are cdr's, they are silk screened or however you print on the cd. Pat is also great to deal with, so anyone not minding a cdr reissue, go ahead and order and you won't be disapointed.

Im still pissed about the Banshee cd's. We were supposed to get silver pressed copies a long time ago. Never happen and now can't even file a dispute.
