what about 'Five Easy Pieces'?? Easily their best album IMO. Five Easy Pieces is an excellent album! Right now it is my 3rd favorite DL album. CFR is giving it some competition in my book at this time. Superdeluxe is right up there too.

What does everyone else think of this release? I shied away for a while because a friend was not impressed at all. However, upon listening to it a few times, I was very pleasantly surprised. I like it a lot better than Gasoline and probably better than Superdeluxe. It could end up being my 3rd or 4th favorite DL album behind Cool From the Wire and Turn of the Screw.

I consider AC/DC to be one of my all time favorites. Top 5 definitely. Krokus is probably Top 100. But I went with AC/DC in the first two, and Krokus in the last 4.

You may still have time to file a claim, but get on it ASAP. I filed AFTER he was no longer an Ebay member, and I still got my money back. The whole transaction details are still in my Paypal account details, so you should be able to file a claim if you are within Paypal's time limit. Oh, someone else must have given him a negative, as his rating is down to 85%.

At least the seller clearly states that it is Time Warp. I don't really have a problem with that.

You should be able to find the transaction on the Paypal site, then click on the transaction and file a claim straight from that.

I took a chance and bid on one of his products. Got a second chance offer and took it. After about 4 weeks, I had to file a Paypal dispute.

Where can I buy the Nailpoint CD? I have had trouble locating it tonight, except for mp3s.

In case everyone has forgotten! 2008 is the year of overrated c.d.'s: GUNS & ROSES- CHINESE DEMOCRACY AC/DC-BLACK ICE I definitely agree with these two!

Here we are, over 3 months later, and I still can't find one song on the album that I think is much more than average.

How would anyone rank Black Ice in the BJ era albums?

Back to the point... Pyromania crushes Hysteria, IMO....

Since High N Dry and Pyromania are my Top 2 favorite albums of all time, nothing else will match up. I say this because, while Hysteria does not compare favorably at all with either of these two albums, it is still an excellent album on its own. It is better than most rock or metal, without a doubt. It is better than probably 98-99% of the albums I have bought in my day.

I listened to Euphoria the other day and man, did that disc have some promise to it. The first three songs are just fantastic, but then it fell apart after that. I thought it fell apart after the first TWO songs. What? You don't like "Back In Your Face". Nah, too typical. Actually, my 3rd favorite song on the disc is Disintegrate - an INSTRUMENTAL, no less! That doesn't speak much for the rest of the album. Here's a question: Would anyone bump any of the songs on Pyromania for Demolition Man, Promises or Back in Your Face? Personally, I would bump Billy's Got a Gun for Demolition Man. Nothing else on Euphoria would make the cut.
