as a collector of the rare indies I prefer the original to the reissue whether it is a good reissue or a bad reissue (artwork) so mine is just fine by me.. but everyone is different....

Not sure you and I have ever done business so you would have to fill me in on what deal I somehow screwed you on or was shady with as I do not know you at least I cannot place who you are so I cannot apologize for something I have no knowledge of....also your info is a bit out of date..I do still have a good relationship, ( I think ) with delbert but surrf and I are history as of months back....we no longer do business which is fine by both of us....I am sure if you ask burt, he is fine with that as well and we both go marching happily on....you seem to know me but I don't know you so I don't know what else to say....????

I guess there is just different opinions on how things should be handled no matter which way we turn....thanks for all the differing opinions...I will try to see the points Lonnie and Stormspell have made and learn from any mistakes I have made....although I think it is clear we disagree on what those mistakes are....but there are always 2 sides to every story....I think the best way to let this thread die out is to just apologize to anyone I might have offended here, either lonnie, stormspell, staryder1 or anyone that does not like my pricing of cd's.....but I will continue to sell, trade and collect cd's.....one thing I think that has been missed in all of this is when I start a cd out on ebay...I do take offers...and often sell for much less than my listed price on ebay...just did tonight on a couple cd's....made a few bucks and gave someone a deal....but I do try to make money......thanks for listening and your opinions...take care .Michael

wow lon, it is easy to say all that great stuff when you are not the one being attacked or jabbed at...I have seen how you react when someone accuses you of keeping an OBI strip....lol....you didn't take it lying down and neither do I.....I am sure there are always going to be 2 sides to this as there was 2 sides to your obi strip saga....but I will say it again....I never started this thread...look who did....but once it is started I have a right to defend myself....... As usual Lon you like to jump in on both sides of an argument..."staryder1 is wrong but so is mike"...listen....I did not start this...it is always him re-starting this old arguement..it gets old but I am not going to sit here and take abuse.......as far as my ebay bid goes....you can retract a bid for certian reasons....the one I used is I bid the wrong amount....which was true in the fact that I was no longer happy at winning the cd at $700....since I got one far cheaper....but ebay requires you to enter your correct bid immediatly after retraction so I did enter the smaller bid, (per ebay rules), I would have taken the kidd wikkid at even though I had one.....obviously that bid was out bid quickly....anyway.....I agree guys this is old shit...nothing new here...but when I am attacked I will defend myself.....in anyway I can......sometimes with a joke....other times I will in other ways....but I don't want to sit here and take abuse....would you????

check out the "what cd's did you buy this week" section...I did pick up the kidd wikkid over the weekend at a great price......so I dropped out of the bidding and retracted my $700 bid, I paid $350 including overnight shipping..........

of course I lowered my price....most things that don't sell get lowered....unlike your cars......lol....just keep in mind no matter how low my prices go, you can never bid or buy them from me....lolololol....no matter how bad you want to.......you will have to do your research and find them for yourself..... also...looks like you are going to lose your kidd wikkid, too bad..........

I haven't been posing here, usually buying too much to list but I just got a cd I had to post....KIDD WIKKID - S/T 1992 I have been trying to get this one for a while now....I was bidding on the one on ebay...but while I was holding the high bid at $370, I got an email from a very well known buyer that I sell to sometimes....he wanted to know if I wanted his kidd wikkid cd for $350, of course I said yes after confirming it was the right cd, condition, etc....he sent it priority overnight and I got it this morning....jamming to it as I write this....cross a big one off my list and saved $230 atleast as the auction is still going....too bad ol' staryder1 is getting pushed up on that one, that just breaks my heart....lolololol......... HI all, just wanted to alert everyone about this seller on ebay...tokyorockadom he is a seller from japan his name is Tatsumi Wakita, he claims he also owns the store Disk Heaven.....I bought the new hellfueled cd from him back on nov 21st, and it has never arrived, which can happen with todays mail, but when I emailed him to ask where it was, and to ask for a refund, he came apart telling me he would leave me negative feedback...I told him no problem as I cannot control what he does but I wanted a refund...well I never got the refund and I filed a complaint/claim with paypal then I left him negative feedback as well....I just wanted to warn anyone that you might have some problems if you choose to deal with him....thanks! I have yet to confirm this but this user bid on my auctions today..amj65371 fortunatly I was able to catch it and cancel his bids and block the id.....I have not yet confirmed it is James Arwine but I have emailed some of the people , who's auctions he has bid on and won....just to confirm it, but I feel pretty confident it is him...same old story, new user id, 0 feedback..bidding on tons of hard rock cd's....all you sellers need to consider blocking this id, I sure did..... you bet..as soon as I find out I will let you know...I emailed him (rockcdmaster), and I also emailed thomas' personal email asking the same question if it was him...I am going to cancel his bid if I do not hear from him and will block him from bidding if it is him......will let everyone know what I find out....

Well thought I would update my situation with Thomas Ringseis.....he never sent the funds back that paypal took, and kept the cd's....and has since stopped responding to my emails.....so I blocked his new id that Del mentioned...if anyone discovers any more id's this prick has...please post them here so we can prevent this guy from doing this again.......thanks...michael

Here is an update on my lastest transaction with cdkarl2005, like he did zacharyamelie, he took over 3 weeks to pay me, then paid me with paypal on the 24th, but yesterday I got a notice that paypal was holding his payment.....so I called paypal and they told me, "they couldn't tell me what was wrong with his account" but they did say it was probably he paid me with a bank account that had insuffient funds....he was supposed to clear this up by calling them..I got the austrian/german number for paypal and put him onto it.....but paypal still has my funds in hold....shitty thing is I sent the cd's the day before but I have not told him that, if he knows he is getting the cd's without paying I might be screwed....I will let everyone know what happens, but he is now blocked from my auctions, 3 weeks to pay then his payment turns out lame, I have had enough!!!

Big Cock is silver pressed, and the last copy I ordered of sledgehammer ledge was too...I have not ordered the solinger........

Just for your info, Ryan told me he has sold 1500 copies of the surrender reissue all by himself...........

Like Delbert, I had some serious cd's on hold for Jean, he has been really good to pay, having paid well over $1000 on his last order of cd's that I never even offered on ebay, some real biggies, that are one of a kind cd's, I am currently holding $900 worth of cd's he was set to pay me for, (again rare stuff that I never even listed on ebay, and are one of a kind cd's basically), then disappeared.....it's a shame really......

yes, ebay only gives a limited amount of non paying bidder strikes, not sure how many that is, but once reached the person in question gets suspended.......

Hey Scott, you are really doing a good job on getting this done, no matter what label Michael decides to go with, you deserve a big pat on the back! I do think length of time after an artist signs, before seeing any product the public can buy should be discussed and passed on to michael.....he might think if he signs with Suncity his product will be available 3-6 weeks after signing, as david has stated, but I would let michael know david's label has been up and running for some time, with only 2 releases to show for it, but with several more signings, some of which go back months! I would think if he is inclined to go with a product that is silver pressed, and wants to get the product out there for sale, he should look at Metal Mayhem, I personally think their product is the best out there, and Ryan won't be telling us 6 months from now, "hey guys, only 3-6 weeks more to go before you hear the most killer music out there, better than the last album", etc, etc........but if Michael is ok with signing with the slowest label to produce cd's out there, then that is fine, seems to me he could have both, his product for sale in a reasonable amount of time, with a killer package, (Metal Mayhem)...........just food for thought.......

David, I think your estimated release is not realistic given your past history with releases, you have not put anything out that fast yet, so I would say it would be more like 10 - 12 weeks, although to be fair, your finished product is very nice...
