rnrfun, I just placed a call to ryan, and emailed him as well, I know he just bought one from a different source than the guy on ebay, so yes he has some comparison available to him, I am not defending this guy either, but I also don't see the need to start looking for the "other guy" who shot kennedy like you seem to be doing, when your only proof is he has "extras" to sell and they are sealed??. I personally deal with some bands and get multiple copies of these so called rarities, but they are legit. bands often have extras around, or you can find several in a box from a seller who went out of business, or just put them aside, or whatever. the seller in question did tell me he only had 6 copies, this is not unheard of. I know folks who have stumbled across 5-10 copies of the big rarities, sealed, but lost to the world, until they discovered them. also, I have seen copies of cd's by bands in L.A. turn up in NY, or even farther away, like england. these bands were sending cd's all over the place when they were trying to make it, so it is no mystery to me that they would turn up anywhere. for example, by brother found a mint copy of FRICTION -BABY TALK in a small used cd store in colorado, the band is from Pennsylvania so you never know. I would like to know what ryan has to say about the cd he has left feedback for, and how it compares to his other touris cd. believe me, if I found out something strange I would not pay for the cd, and would shout it from the highest rooftop and let everyone know. but your "evidence" is based on assumption. you obviously have not ever got lucky and scored several rare cd's your self that no one else has, but let me tell you it is exciting. you said you had won the cd from this guy, what is your user id on ebay, so I can check to see you actually won it from this guy, and aren't just trying to damage his business?? where did you see one? did the seller email you a scan or what?? also, I agree with jlprocks, just because this guy was selling a radiator hose, and not cd's, does not alarm me at all. in fact, to me that makes him more legit, at least on the surface. bootleggers or sellers of boots tend to have others they boot, or have access to. so that is a bogus arguement. as soon as I hear from ryan I will respond. one more thing, you are wrong if you think the band does not have anymore of these cd's, I have talked with 2 bandmembers of Touris and they have more, but they know they are going for $200 a pop, so they don't want to give them away at the moment. when your arguement consists of "what are the chances of someone having this cd" you need to get more facts. thanks!

Hi All, I was one of the folks who won one of the touris cd's from the seller on ebay. I have not paid for it yet, but plan on paying tomorrow. I was curious myself as to the authenticity of this disc, but I noticed in the sellers feedback metal mayhem left pos feedback, so I will just call Ryan at metal mayhem and make sure this is on the up & up. but ryan would not have left pos feedback if he had suspected a fraud. I am not defending the seller, just stating what I see on the feedback. will give an update with what I find out. thanks!

yes, but Ryan was selling these for Al, thus he would collect the payments and distribute them to Al. Ryan might have given him access to his ebay account, but not his paypal account. so the payments would have to go through ryan to get to al. Ryan would not knowingly sell cd-r's, and he shut down "Al's" auctions when he discovered al was selling cd-r's. The only thing ryan was guilty of was not picking his friends better, thats it in my opinion. Screamercd is not Ryan.......It is actually Al Natale....Ryan allowed him to use his account to set up another, see how he was banned from ebay......At least that is what i am told......I know ryan and that is not the kind of business he does........I know the last time i bought something from "Screamercd" it was shipped from NJ and had Natale's name and address on it......And we all know Ryan lives in CT.......Ask Adriano Boimel about him.........Just thought i would give my insight on things...... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Lonnie my paypal reciept for the Marchelo cd make it clear that the payments for screamercd are made to Ryan Northrup and NOT Al Natale. I just wanted to add that Ryan at Metal Mayhem are just great to deal with, the only drawback is that he has become more and more hard to get ahold of. but his honesty is never in question with me. Hi Adriano & Lonnie, Al is not connected with the current screamercd auctions on ebay. I talked with Ryan the other night and these are his auctions alone. I don't think Al will be using his ebay account for sales anytime soon due to the last problems he caused. yeah, sounds like he got more cash for them, but getting your money back was a victory on your part. believe me, things don't always turn out that good. it really pisses me off when folks are not honest. I had a similar thing happen lately with a seller on ebay, hoticebt, alias bobby thomas, he asked me to put a bunch of cd's away for him, gave me an expected payment date, sounded good. then the payment date came and went, and the excuses started. his favorite one was he was encountering financial difficulties, which I could understand, but he forgot to tell his index finger. it kept using "buy it now" on ebay and racking up huge bills. so when I ask him about it, I am the jerk?? live and learn I guess. I can't say he ripped me off, but I did lose a bunch of sales to folks who wanted the cd's, but I turned them down, since "bobby" was going to pay for them. yeah right! if folks were honest, we might not be happy about the situation, but we would have to respect someone for telling us how it is honestly. that is my take on it. glad you got your cash!!!!

Hi Rui, just what I suspected, that is Al Natale, he uses several alias's, I think adriano has had some bad experiences with him, he is somewhat shady, not sure if he rips folks off, but he does some strange things, and I have heard he has ripped folks off. be careful in dealing with him. cdwolvz, I would welcome the feedback, versus losing the cash. every indication I get is that this is a seller who is burning the discs and selling them, with the exception of a very small amount of cd's they probably have that is legit. just save your money, and respond to their negative feedback when they leave it. good luck!!

Hi guys, I think we all jumped the gun a bit on broadwaysmusic, I have been talking to him, and I don't think we have anything to worry about. especially since whiplash's post. he has offered to let us wait until his account is reinstated, but due to his high feedback, I will be sending him payment with no problem. I do think it was good though for all of us to come together and warn each other if we suspect something. Communication can save one of us some cash. I think we should keep this post open, or start another one when we have real concerns about a seller. chances are one of us have dealt with the person in question and can shed light on some shady folks, or clear a good trader. keep up the good work all!!!!!!!!! Hi Del, yep that is the guy who ripped me and Chris at hardrock haven off. he got me for $210. he got chris for a Bronx zoo cd and claimed he did not get it, so he filed a complaint to paypal and they did the same thing to chris that he did to you. froze his account and he had to pay the guy the $200 for the cd. then the guy tried to sell it tome, actually that is how he ripped me off. recently he tried to rip of Adriano, using the same alias you listed, TSAI for the UK. I caution anyone not to deal with anyone who will not tell you his real name. I have done some investigaing and apparently his real name, or at least another alias is Michael Stone, he is at the cambridge campus in the uk. I was wondering if we could contact paypal together and report this fraudulant dude. also, he can really send some nasty emails, I won't list them but I have a complete file of some really vulgar, & vicious emails he sent me.
