Please answer these questions directly.. 1. Pertaining to Adriano's cd's - are you saying he is the liar? 2. $611 cd sold on Ebay that was never sent 3. Countless & countless posts from people claiming not receiving items promised other than Hurricane 4. Were you in the damn hospital or not? 5. Are we suppose to believe that you just assumed your luck was so good as a first time label to sign such acts as Hurricane, Billy Squier, Valentine & more without thinking "Hey, maybe this is too good to be true" and I won't check on it? Let's start here and I'm sure there is much more... Jarred He's only digging himself into a deeper hole by saying anything. I suspect this will be the last we see a post from him. His attempt at gaining some sympathy to possibly alleviate or delay any of victim's pursuit of justice failed.... Now it's up to those that were screwed to pursue this to seek justice. We'll just have to see what happens....

You say the Ramirez brothers owned a rather large production company. What was the name? Not only that...you've posted things on here that you 'talked to Hansen...Schellen, etc.' I guess the Ramirez brothers told you to say those things too?? C'mon man........ Also....why screw Adriano out of a $1000 on cds you never expected to send to him. Did the Ramirez brothers con him too?? The infamous '2 other people' involved. And...Lonnie is going to pay back money that he never received. And....that two other people have access to his Paypal account. Interesting....... I would LOVE for someone to contact the car dealership to verify if Lonnie has 'called in sick'.......

Let me just say this much. First off..............this guy hasn't provided one OUNCE of info related to this guy and his supposed 'hospital stay'. Which, if you're reading this guys......is proof that you were out to deceive everyone.... Secondly, I think they've realised that the magnitude of which they've frauded people could result in something much larger *i.e. jail...* and that they need to seek retribution as soon as possible so that they don't get in deeper. i.e. 'giving the money back' What they fail to realise....that if persued, they would have to give the money back...AND...serve some time, or pay a HUGE fine to boot........ Huge amount of damage control going on here..... And I can't wait to hear the story............I'll get my popcorn ready.....

I agree JL, to me whether the accident is true, doesn't really matter, the fact is that all the reissue talk is just a big fat lie, I mean his famed Hurricane reissues that he was always talking about, obviously are horseshit, according to mike who talked with Jay, who also confirmed with Kelly Hansen, so everything else may or maynot be true, he should have named his label, NEVER GET YOUR SHIT RECORDS! lol.... Now THAT was funny!! Oh...and I agree. It doesn't matter if the accident is true or not.........

I've just received word that he is logged on at his 'myspace' page....so I would venture 'active damage control'.....or 'coverup' is in hurry up mode. I would advise anyone who is capable of saving his pages on his Myspace site that contain the 'Never Say Die' stuff.........

Interestingly enough, I think he was discovered a while back by Ryan at MetalMayhem when he said that he was going to reissue the Banshee stuff. By Lonnie in the 'Never Say Die' forum/thread: "I apologize to all the folks who were looking forward to us releasing this, but i can tell you the entire Banshee back catalog will be seeing the light of day again, thru Metal Mayhem. Well, seems there is a person called Lonnie Holdaway in Blytheville, AR. There is an info on classmates.com he attended high school there in 1984-1988 which sounds about correct age. It is not clear from the page if this is a past, or upcoming event (there is a copyright©1998 note at the end, but it could indicate the establisment for this online service). In any case there are some phone #s in the bottom of the page that can be followed. P.S. oops, sorry, I see Mike has beaten me up to this info already. It really makes me wonder if the actual perpetrator *is* a Lonnie Holdaway.....or if he's been using that name for some time knowing that he could without being discovered. I mean........if he's actually 'Lonnie Holdaway' the feds will catch him quite quickly, I would think.... Also, it would be interesting to see if Paypal will pursue this.
