New OMD is pretty good....a bit of a throwback to some really early stuff. They are a favorite band of mine and I think their prior album was better than this one....bu this one is still good!

I picked it up and enjoyed it. Some good tunes! And I'm glad they're still kickin'....always good to see bands from back in the day still putting out good stuff.

It was called...."This shit sucks"..... Seriously though.....some bands change singers and I can get on board. This didn't do it for me. I guess I'll check this new batch out and see....but I'm just not feelin' it. This is one band that needs their original singer....or someone who actually sounds like him.

I don't think the vox is as bad as some of you are going off about.....but the mix, yeah....not so great. I liked it more than the previous singer....

Some of you guys are on crack.....the song "Big Time" was excellent no matter who was singing it. You're being picky just to be picky, I think......the songs prior...yeah....not so good, but this latest one was damn good. Sadly, Geoff's taste is rubbing off on some of you.....LOL

My buddy just told me about Dreamcar last week....love it! Blaqk Audio, Davey's synth band, is quite good, as well!

I have their EP....they are good! Some of their stuff reminds of Shotgun Messiah and bands of that style. Recommended!

My best friend turned me on to them years ago.....definitely some nice 80's influenced synth stuff!! Me likey!

I like Durbin's vox......will be curious to see what they sound like. Until then, I hope it works out well for them. Never want to wish ill will on a band that has legendary roots and, for that matter, any band that is trying to make it with 'our sound'.....it's counter productive to the music that most of us love. If the album sucks...then it sucks....but I hope it goes well.

That singer can't even stay in tune in his own song.......damn......feel bad for Banali using this singer and shame on Frontiers for releasing this. Maybe....by some luck the other songs will be better....but I ain't holdin' my breath!

They are just such a consistently good band......gonna enjoy this release, for sure!

I was part of the Pledge group and received it the other day....and it is definitely classic Vain. Loved what they did! Recommended!!
