Hey All ~ Just wondering if anyone's into this band ? really punkified glam and one dimensional.

They sound alright after a six pack of beer but get kind of boring real fast

 

Their guitarist (Eddie Electra) used to play in a great band called Psycho Gypsy

one of my favourite bands!

Personally, I wouldn't say they get boring quick.. although I would admit that the style is pretty similar throughout most of their stuff.

I got into them about 5 years back with their 'creepshow' ep.

 

Members have also been in other bands such as heart throb mob and sick six crush.

I was just listening to them on the weekend. I heard the 2 albums 'Animatron X' and 'We are...' and I thought one was dodgy punk rock / glam, which I have heard before, but one of the 2 discs - 'We are...' I'm prety sure, was much better than I expected. Not so much punk, but more hard rock/glam. Great surprise. They're a pretty cool band. Not a fave, but good enough. IMO.

I see these guys now have a live cd availalbe.

 

 

Being the creeps fiend that i am i had to order it.

 

Anybody got it / heard it yet?

 

I'm expecting it to be pretty raw and dirty, but that's the way it has to be.

received my peppermint creeps package in the mail today.

 

the live album is defintely only for big fans, sounding like it's been ripped from bootleg dvds or something. I love the band so this is gold for me.... it's raw and dirty, but pretty sure others aren't going to be as generous.
