One from 15 years ago that slipped under my radar.

These guys are from Brazil and are classified as Power Metal, but it's more than that.

There's a lot of melody. 

This is a concept album and I'm getting huge "Gary Hughes - Once and Future King" vibes.

Sounds like fairly run-of-the-mill Euro Power Metal, and that's not a bad thing. I don't hate the vocals either, so win/win.
