Why is this CD so hard to find to buy?

The place I get my CDs from have two suppliers, one in Europe and other in America. Both suppliers had it out of stock for a month.

The prices it sells on Discogs and Evil Bay are going big prices.

Frontiers can be hard to get in Australia. I saw it for a decent price at Nerve Gas online.
