A local adelaide band is in the running to support motorhead.

they are currently well and truly in the running and need some more votes.

What a humerous way the world works. Firstly, I voted for your band so good luck with that but while at that site my memory was re-ignited.

 

When I was up the coast at my parents-in-law's house I saw a flyer on the table for a band that had just played a gig up there, in Woy Woy, on the Friday night. They caught my eye because of a very 80's kind of sleaze image. I wanted to remind myself to check them out, and there they were on that list. Their name is L.U.S.T, from Sydney. Got a couple of songs on myspace that actually sound pretty cool:

also... lust are a great band! check out if you get the chance. just released their first full legnth album (also have 2 eps out). dirty, sleazy rock'n'roll. maybe comparable to a glam/sleazed up version of ac/dc or the poor.
