Yes. That logo is abit infringement lawsuit inducing. They could argue the point of it being a 'parody' and the trucking company logo in no way would make the band lose money. But it is a fine line on how far the company would go defending themselves when Van Halen could probably last longer money wise with attorney fees.

If that were a Metallica-type logo Lars would prolly have the company shut down, go after 'em for copyright infringement & want royalites, too!

 

I think the guy is a John Mellencamp fan, ya know.....little pink houses & such......
