I had picked up several releases from this seller before but the latest one didn't arrive. I gave the guy a break and allowed him some more time....he promised a refund etc etc....bottom line once the 45 days were up and I couldn't put in a claim he stopped answering emails.....one of these days I'll learn and put in a claim at 40 days regardless of who the seller is..... :doh:

You could always win another of his auctions & once the CD arrives file a Paypal claim saying it never arrived...that would even you guys up. :P
