  1. Are there any previews listed anywhere?
  2. Well....considering I've never heard of this band up until it was posted here, I don't know where you come up with the idea it was started by me. I don't know the band, their music or any of the members other than what someone posted here. You pointed the finger at me stating that I told wikkid1 about Retrospect when in fact anyone can search for posts or keywords and find what they're looking for. I did indeed inform wikkid1 of the harrassing and threatening e-mails I recieved from Sam so he was well aware of the childish brat's personality, business tactics and what he could also possibly be dealing with himself. If anyone here wants to see these messages, I'll gladly send them your way. You'll have to lower yourself to the age of 11 to fully appreciate his use of adjectives and terminology. The Retrospect issue was pretty quiet on this board for a while before you came here 80sMetalCollector and started being his "official spokesperson", which in turn, started another fire. Sam has enough enemies without your help. You sit here pointing fingers and trying to throw attention elsewhere as to take it off the issue at hand, which is Sams business tactics and bootlegs. No matter where you try and divert attention, most people here are well aware of Sams practices and his personality and will not have any of it. You cry about things like the "Ebay Police" which in fact is just a term you use to describe the people here that care about the music and the validity of certain artists cd's being sold on eBay as originals when in fact, they are not. We care about our friends and try to help them from getting lied to or screwed out of their money, and you try to portray that as a bad thing? Then you are an idiot. You label some people as "Retrospect Detractors". If you're referring to those who have seen the products he's put out or have even personally dealt with his bullshit and have nothing nice to say about either one, then so be it. All these terms and distractions you throw out there are those of an individual who has something to hide. From my experiences, honest people don't get bent out of shape because they have nothing to hide, but those who do, are the first to start screaming and trying to weasel their way out of the spotlight. I could care less about Sams eBay feedback which he so whole-heartedly relies on to get him through the day. When it all boils down to it, 95% of the buying public know nothing about real or bootleg and just buy a cd for something to listen to and give it no further thought. This is the reason alone that Sam is still in business. The other 5% of the buying public, which is where the real collectors are, are ones that look into what they're spending their hard earned money on and refuse to be taken advantage of or screwed out of their cash. These are also the people that know their shit and can tell the difference between an original and a boot/cdr/illegal copy. It's a given that the Retrospect issue or Vegascds issue will never completely go away, but it can indeed be left to rest if you just shut your mouth and let it be. Eventually, the subjects will settle down and posters and readers will go back to their polls, cd collections, Major Babe-age, and other threads and leave things alone. If you want to keep poking a stick at a sleeping bear just to get attention, you'll indeed get your desired attention and alot more from people on this board as well as others. If you want the Retrospect issue to be left alone, then take the first step and shut up about it. No famous Last words, no interjections, no "It'll be reissued soon's", or anything of the like. It'll take a while, but it'll eventually die down like before and be basically ignored. So in simple terms....just walk away. I'll even show you how it's done.......
  3. Shortly before 1:00 a.m. on Friday, January 20, the police in the Swedish city of Uppsala, north of Stockholm, were called to the apartment of CRASHDIET frontman David Hellman (photo) (a.k.a. Dave Lepard). He had not been in touch with his friends or family for 20 days and a close friend of his had entered the apartment and found him dead, reports the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet. ”There is no foul play involved in his death, other than that we don't know what the circumstances are," police spokesperson Christer Nordström told the newspaper Expressen. Zübeyde Güngodogmus is shocked by the news that her neighbor has been found dead in his apartment. They were acquaintances. "He was so sweet and very friendly," she tells Expressen. However, she had noticed a change in the rock star. Last week she met him at the local supermarket. "He looked so thin and was out of character," she says. During the first weeks of 2006, there were signs that everything was not well in the CRASHDIET camp. The other members were rumored to be fed up with Hellman's excessive drug intake and were on the verge of leaving, or already had left, the band. Both they and Hellman's family have declined to talk to the media at the moment. Hellman, 25, made no qualms about his sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll lifestyle. "We want to get hard rock back on track again and it's nice that it's getting bigger again," he told the Swedish music magazine Groove last year. "All the other crap is becoming so tiresome. I mean, hip hop people live the sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll lifestyle to a much larger extent than hard rockers do." Describing his lifestyle, he said: "You live in chaos, depend on welfare, are an addict and things fucking suck. That's why it often collides with the music; it's too much of the good stuff and the music is affected. You would need 48 hours per day, but you're so fucking stupid and get your priorities wrong." CRASHDIET were a Stockholm, Sweden-based Eighties hard rock-style band whose debut album, "Rest in Sleaze", entered the Swedish national album chart at position No. 12. They were reportedly the first "sleaze rock" band in over 10 years to be signed directly to a major company — Universal Music. The group, whose members were said to be in their early 20s, were scheduled to make their U.S. debut in March at the South by Southwest music conference/festival in Austin, Texas. A video clip, dubbed "On the Road with Crashdiet 2005", was recently posted on their official web site: Real Media, Windows Media. In a joint statement released to the media, the surviving members of CRASHDIET — Martin Sweet (guitar), Peter London (bass) and Eric Young (drums) — said, "As a bandmember, but most of all as a person, we will miss him for all eternity. Dave was nothing but a genius and a very special person. CRASHDIET will definitely not continue as a band. CRASHDIET consisted of four people and now one has left us."
  4. It seems as if that's already the common practice With friends like you, Sam surely doesn't need anymore enemies, as you can throw him under the bus faster than they could. As Dan said, this is where Sam should distance himself from you, as he could already have enough problems without your help. That last remark seems more "Spite-Fueled" than anything. It's kind of like a little kid trying to test his parents and see how long he can get away with something before getting the wooden spoon across his ass.
  5. I just bit the bullit and bought one from him. As stated in another thread, I'll scan the cd and inserts when I get it and then post them here.
  6. The surviving members of the Swedish band CRASHDIET have issued a statement regarding the death of their frontman David Hellman (photo) (a.k.a. Dave Lepard) and the group's future plans. As previously reported, Hellman was found dead Friday morning (Jan. 20). It has been unofficially reported that he hanged himself, although this has yet to be confirmed. In a joint statement released to the media, Martin Sweet (guitar), Peter London (bass) and Eric Young (drums) said, "As a bandmember, but most of all as a person, we will miss him for all eternity. CRASHDIET was a Stockholm, Sweden-based Eighties hard rock-style band whose debut album, "Rest in Sleaze", entered the Swedish national album chart at position No. 12. "It's pretty clear that, up to now, there's been a vacuum as far as hard rock goes," Dave said in a 2005 interview. "We can play a gig for 1,200 kids with big hair and skinny spandex-covered legs, who just stand there screaming. So it's even cooler when ZTV [swedish music video channel] or MTV and the others play our rock-hard video which gets to be one of the most played clips alongside old ladies like J-Lo, or whatever she's called." A video clip, dubbed "On the Road with Crashdiet 2005", was recently posted on their official web site. Check it out: Real Media, Windows Media. 9. Tim Karr's cd was in and out of my cd player within 30 seconds. Not impressed at all, so the other band wins by default
  10. It's probably better not to type in all caps to some people as it's considered yelling or rude. That is if that's the way you type it to him
  11. All anyone has to do here is use the search function for Kidd Wikkid or whatever they're looking for and they'll get almost any info they need.....
  12. But you "were" the one who started it here. Maybe you should ahve kept it to yourself if you had inside knowledge of sorts. Every time someone here brings up a rare cd, you manage to go as far as to say it's being reissued by Retrospect within weeks almost every time. Does it still make you wonder why the finger got pointed that direction?
  13. Well Mr 80sMetalCollector, maybe you should remember the shit you say then. If you read post number 31 on the link beloew, you yourself said that it was being reissued in about 3 weeks. In fact, this is exactly what you said "Oh , and I should mention one other piece of news. It doesn't matter if you paid $300 or $1000 for Kidd Wikkid , it won't be worth much when the re-issue comes out in about 3 weeks." Who started what rumors? http://heavyharmonies.ipbhost.com/index.ph...opic=7448&st=20

  17. This is for anyone who uses MySpace and would like to advertise Heavy Harmonies on their Profile Page. This is a great way to advertise the website and it doesn't cost Dan anything. It'll possibly bring some new blood onto the site as well. I have come up with some codes you can add to your MySpace profile to add links to the Heavy Harmonies website. All you have to do, is go to the Edit Profile link next to your picture and when you get to the section where you want the link, About Me, I'd Like To Meet, etc.., all you do is copy and paste the HTML Code under the button you choose to have on your Profile. Make sure the code is pasted below whatever it is you want to say about yourself or whatnot. In mine, I typed up a small description of the website and under it, I pasted the code so when it comes up, people can read what the site is about and if they're interested, they can click on the button/link. UPDATE!!! Codes have now been modified. The previous version of the codes were links to go to the HeavyHarmonies website and took over the MySpace page browser the user was on. I have modified them now so that when the user clicks on the buttons, they open Heavy Harmonies in a NEW browser window and leaves the MySpace page alone 88x31 Button Copy & Paste this HTML Code: <a href="http://www.heavyharmonies.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://img162.imageshack.us/img162/9448/88x31hh0vx.gif" alt="Heavy Harmonies" style="border:0px"/></a> __________________________________________________________________ 120x60 Button Copy & Paste This HTML Code <a href="http://www.heavyharmonies.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/684/120x60hh6el.gif" alt="Heavy Harmonies" style="border:0px"/></a> __________________________________________________________________ 350x45 Button 1 Copy & Paste this HTML Code <a href="http://www.heavyharmonies.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/8007/350x45hh10uy.gif" alt="Heavy Harmonies" style="border:0px"/></a> __________________________________________________________________ 350x45 Button 2 Copy & Paste this HTML Code <a href="http://www.heavyharmonies.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://img162.imageshack.us/img162/1335/350x45hh28np.gif" alt="Heavy Harmonies" style="border:0px"/></a>

  21. Still no response from the seller about getting REAL pics of the cd's he's selling.
  22. This wouldn't possibly be our lil buddy Arwine selling some of his toys would it? Scratch that.....this seller appears to be in Minnesota I messaged him and asked him this: Do you happen to have REAL pics of these cd's you are selling and NOT ones copied off the internet? The eBay watermark is on the pics from the original times they were posted, and copied and now reposted.
  23. Well...if she doesn't get you going, one of the other chicks that was in the movie is a Playboy centerfold by the name of Angela Little. Check her out then.... Here's a few with clothes on
