  1. Why Can't You Trust Me - Steel Panther
  2. This is actually one of the first AOR albums I found when I began researching the genre. I would listen to this album all the time back in high school; I have very fond memories of it.
  3. And Paul Dean did a cover too in 1989
  4. Glenn Gulia you say? But in all seriousness, Synthwave isn't my cup of tea either, although I really like the visual art style
  5. Yeah, Bonfire recorded their own version after KISS scrapped it.
  6. Oh, I'm sure, and here's the part that'll really knock your socks off: I discovered most of the music I like on my own! My parents mostly listen to alternative and punk rock, but my mother introduced me to a couple of Bon Jovi songs when I was eight-years-old, and I've been hooked ever since then. I mostly discovered new bands by looking up a songs on YouTube and then watching all the related videos. That's how I know about so many obscure AOR bands, but wasn't familiar with bands such as ZZ Top.
  7. Yeah, it's kind of like "Running in the Night" by Triumph and "Go" by Signal, except those two songs don't share any common lyrics.
  8. I never knew there was another version of the song. Now that I heard it, I definitely like Paul Laine's lyrics better.
  9. I'd Die For Our Love - Danger (Not to be confused with "Danger Danger") The Final Countdown - Europe Under The Gun - Danger Danger Outlaw - Treat
  10. I know you're really into metal, but do you also like nu-metal bands such as Limp Bizkit and Hollywood Undead?
  11. Nah, I'd cut my ear off. Except if I did it, I'd cut them BOTH off!
  12. Whoops I accidentally posted twice
  13. Love Is The Drug - Roxy Music
  14. Really? Edge of a Broken Heart was already in the 100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong box set. I'd be more interested if they included Borderline, which was only released as a single in Japan. An international release of that song is long overdue!
  15. I've been waiting forever for this!
  16. Awesome, I'll definitely have to look into getting the CD!
  17. Has anybody here seen the movie Class of 1999 (1990)? This song is part of it's soundtrack; it plays in the ending credits.
  18. Interesting choice. Until now, I never even knew that there was an alternate version of the song. I personally prefer the original, but each to their own.
