As a buyer only on ebay, how Dan has set up his page is perfect and everything you need to know as a buyer is right there in front of you and it is spelt out as clear as day. It's a pity more sellers don't use the same path as Dan. So what's the big deal? Why would that make a difference? You bought the cd's from Endangeredcds and you are getting the Endangeredcds service and quality.

The situation is pretty much the same to ship from Canada. It would cost 7.29$ (price will go up on the 14th, damn Canada Post) + 11.00 for registration. A total of 19$ if you include the vost of the envelope. To make matters worse is that you can't register anything other than a letter, thus making a cd something you can't register. So for full protection of a cd in a jewel case (because without the case I can pretend it's a letter and get it registered) I would have to ship it Purolator or Express Post and now you're talking crazy prices. December is the worst month to ship in. They are slow as Hell at times. In all of 2007 I refunded 2 people for items not arriving, both during the Christmas season. You simply have to be really, really patient or pray to be really really lucky.

Take a look at the item description. Here is a little part of it that caught my attention: ULTRA RARE HARD ROCK INDIE!! NOT A CD OR BOOTLEG!! GREAT SONGS AND EXCELLENT CONDITION!! Notice the words NOT A CD OR BOOTLEG. So the seller admits it's not a cd....right? Too bad Don took one on the chin. He's a stand up bidder and he must have one smokin' cd collection.

Ehh? I though endangeredcds was koogles, not PJ... -Dan The store is Koogles, but the Buy It Now stuff is PJ stock from Japan. With Koogles solid reputation and responsable ways, getting Endangeredcds to sell off PJ's stock was a good idea. Over the last year or so, PJ and his various Ebay ID's were seriously taking a beating with lots of negs pilling up. Koogles is the man, hands down the best Canadian seller for our type of music on Ebay.

I reported the idiot and Ebay said that it couldn't find any proof that he was the same user who used a bunch of past NARUed Ebay names that I gave them. How dumb can Ebay be? Certain clues you can't overlook: 1) same last name 2) same freakin' home address 3) same interests (Philadelphia Eagles, KISS and rare indie stuff). Not enough proof are you kidding me? I guess having 1600+ feedback and bidding big numbers on over 400 items in one month can make Ebay look away and not accept the truth.

The seller/buyer windsoreyes2 with over 1600+ feedback is that idiot Jamie Levine. The Kiss collecting/Philadelphia Eagles lovin' idiot who has had multiple Ebay id's and is one of the crazy tape collector guys, to go along with Sean Kaufman and the Rob/Chris guy. I suppose with this ID , he is able to keep his nose clean and not get kicked off Ebay. I'm only guessing it's him, but these facts can't be overlooked. I guess Koogles reported the loser because 15 minutes after my last post the bidder with 0 feedback has once again been NARUed. NARUed twice on the same item. Not a record by my count. Last year, I got Jamie Levine NARUed 3 times within the beggining and end of one single item. He kept coming back using the same name and address. He's dumb, but Ebay is dumber for letting him comeback within a few hours of getting kicked off in the first place.

He got NARUed with that last address and now I think he's back with another, on the same auction. the new name is metalforeternity. Fuckheadforeternity is more like it. UPDATE: metalforeternity is toast!!!! I feel like this is an episode of Unsolved Mysteries
