These are just on the top of my mind right now, haven't rated them properly but I think maybe they're quite unknown/not very famous/maybe considered weak/average by many/overlooked but I kinda dig it as I remember
BON JOVI - 7800 Fahrenheit
BON JOVI - Lost Highway
BRYAN ADAMS - 18 Till I Die
CINDERELLA - Still Climbing
DEF LEPPARD - Adrenalize
ENUFF Z'NUFF - Peach Fuzz
GNR - Chinese Democracy
HAREM SCAREM - Human Nature
IRON MAIDEN - No Prayer For The Dying
IRON MAIDEN - Fear of The Dark
IRON MAIDEN - Dance of Death
JOHN WAITE - Rough N Tumble
MEGADETH - Thirteen
MSG - s/t
NELSON - Because They Can
POISON - Native Tongue
TESLA - Bust A Nut
WINGER - IV
Those are some terrible albums you have there, nice list Actually I was thinking of mentionig Adrenalize too, but I believe a lot of guys here like it so I left it out

I'll start, first RATT. Some of their later Albums (of the first 5 studio releases) are considered to have a lot of filler and people say that the band got lazy blah blah. Especially ''Reach For The Sky'' seems to be getting a lot of flak but I absolutely love that album
A more recent one is De La Cruz with Street Level, pretty cool album which only has a score of about 70% on the main site
Shit I had another one but it slipped my mind. I'll try and remember it
This could also be done for albums that are considered ''classics'' but don't do anything for you, but let's go with this topic first
-
The recent topic I started about Kill For Thrills got me thinking. Do any of you have an album that is generally considered to be mediocre or nothing special but you really like? Maybe because of a special connection or memory you might have or you just think it's a good album that 99% of people wouldn't give the time of day
Discuss!

What do you think of the Blackeyed Susan Geoff? I read online that the singer had a different band after Britny Fox so when I saw the album at a store naturally I picked it up. You can imagine my surprise when I played it at home... horrible!!
-
Of course Led Zeppelin - Immigrant Song
Still haven't figured out the lyrics to that one despite having read them multiple times. Come from the land of the ice and snow from the midnight sun to the Hudson river.
Drive our ships to new land, fight the whore (or HALL), sing and cry. Always sweet and refreshing %ç&*/ I wanna go one day's a western show
Hahaha I know it's completely wrong but that's what I still hear to this day, damn
-
Seems to be getting worse, read that he was on meth that night and that he banged this woman against the wall 14 times (how they know it's 14 I have no idea)
-
I love Van Halen, but have trouble sitting through an entire Hagar album. There's good songs on every album (my favorite clearly being the debut) but I never understood why a lot of people praised 5150 so much for example. Given it a couple chances but it never grabbed me for some reason so I just gave up after a while
BTW just realized this is the Trixter thread

Found the video on my hard drive (it's not on youtube) but how can I upload this thing?? It's smaller than 9.77mb but still won't let me upload it
-
This album does very little for me up until the song Midnight...then the last 4 tracks are very good.
His vox are weird...like a carbon copy of BJ. Loses any identity for me.
Likewise, not that good... don't even feel like listening to it again

Pushed back to August now (end of July in the US)
-
Jurassic World on Saturday, not bad...
-
You ever misheard lyrics which ended up being funny? Recently listened to Kill For Thrill's ''Motorcycle Cowboys'' and remembered a friend who though the part ''Firepower by my side, I'll put a bullet between your eyes'' to be ''I'll put a bullet into your ass'' hahaha
Also ''Blackout in the bedroom'' instead of red room by Love/Hate, courtesy of the same guy
-
Everybody needs some, whoa oh oh oh, how bout you??
Slipped her the big one
-
Damn, pregnant again this time by another dude... not bad for a gal who's a spokesperson against unwanted pregnancies
-
I think I'm gonna take the plunge, will get this on my way home from work (which will be 2 hours earlier than usual today, yes!) after reading so many positive comments

Half the discs ive bought this year are digipaks :-(
Sucks mate. At least they got rid of the awful ''Super Jewel Boxes'' that were produced around 2006 / 2007 everytime I walked into a store and towards the release I wanted as soon as I saw it was in one of thse ugly things I was like F...........!!
You've got to laugh ... I preferred those things to the standard ones.
What's wrong with you??? Just joking, I really didn't like how the booklet was being held by the sides and was harder to get out of those things (I know people complain about removing booklets from standard jewel cases but I got no issue with that) and how the back cover had two corners cut out, I mean why would they do that??

She's hot though ;-) but I don't live in the states so I don't hear about all the stuff she does or says maybe that's why

Yeah I think JADED HEART's prime years are the early era,
and I reckon they're a 'low 80%-ish' type of band but definitely deserved some occasional spins
back to topic :
What's that Firehouse release buddy?
-
Still better than digipaks in my opinion

I think Kill For Thrills is around 70-75% and have sold it many years ago but I'm intrigued to check it again based on Glen's score. Appetite is at least 85% for many and definitely a 100% for me so I don't think it's a contest at all
I gave it an 83%. A lot of really great tunes and no real clunkers... good solid 8/10 stuff across the board with the occasional one just above or just below. I agree with Glen that 'Out ta get me' and 'Think about you' are two highlights. Weakest tune would be 'Anything goes.'
8/10 stuff lol??
my rating would have at least three or four 10/10s (Nightrain, Paradise City, Sweet Child, Out ta get me) and a decent spattering of 9.somethings......with one or 2 weaker moments....got to be 90% absolute minimum.
Never rated it tho.
I thought it'd be higher for me, but it just wasn't. I definitely don't hear a 10/10 on it... that's for sure. Only 'Sweet Child O' Mine' and 'Welcome to the Jungle' scored over 9/10 for me. And 'Think about you' and Rocket Queen' were close.
and how the hell is 'Sweet Child' not a 10/10........the mind boggles.
It might be overplayed but its still one of THE sleaze anthems........and the most iconic intro / guitar solo of ALL TIME.
Different opinions man. Often times I've heard people say Slash is ''overrated'' even though I like him. Nothing against Sweet Child but there's much cooler ways to start a song
Anyone who calls him overrated has not heard the last two Slash albums...
They were good, especially Apocalyptic Love. Saw them twice on that tour they kicked ass I remember at one show they played a 20 minute version of Rocket Queen with an extended jam in the middle, blew me away
-
Iconic yeah, but same goes for Gangam Style for example but does that make it good? Not necessarily

I thought the 8/10 stuff was aimed at Kill For Thrills? But yeah now I'm confused
