  1. One thing though, if Southgang were to bestow us fans with the original line up on the 2 albums, I dont think we're certain to get expected outcome of the music sounding as if the band's picked up where they left off. Butch being a big pop songsmith he is, the band may end up with a melodic modern rock record. I get the feeling the Southgang album will eventuate with all new songs as much as I'd love to see them issue thier unreleased tracks as a new album. I for one am keen on checking out what does come out
  2. wonder how many folks will have this gem topping thier albums of the year list, Chris Ousey for majority can do no wrong IMHO
  3. Good stuff These guy have an other album too which is also on CD from years ago.
  4. I think this is going to rate really well with alotta folks in the AOR ./ melodic rock scene, infact I woul;dnt be surprised if it makes it as some's album of the year.
  5. This is probably gonna be one the albums of the year on many a lists IMHO
  6. but remember de la cruz, their online download of thier demo did over 100,000 in a month? I think. but I dont think the cd sales of thier debut album came anywhere near that which may be one the reaossn the band arent around anymore.
  7. These guys have done over 10000 downloads already, great stats which would be so much better in cd sales
  8. The debut album is still my favourite, I wonder what chances there are in reissueing that with bonus tracks
  9. I'll be keen on seeing what additions there are on the 30th aniversary of the Fortune - s/t cd.
  10. This newman definately sounds like it's his best work of late but how will it compare to the mighty "one step closer" is anybody's guess. I'd love to see Steve outdo that classic but that album IMHO is one of the greatest melodic rock albums of all time so it's tough ask to tmatch it let alone top it.
  11. In Faith being over is totally news to me too, thier debut is pretty cool. I wonder if the band will enlist a new singer.
  12. I thought that might be the case. Cheers.
  13. I think Everybody's Crazy being the band's debut could be thier toughest to obtain. I know it does show up on ebay from time to time.
  14. I dont have a way of uploading at the moment.
  15. The Stallion songs are highly revered but you could get an idea why it's not been reissued.
  16. JC, 3 of the songs on the 2nd list for the Roxus's sophomore album were in contention to be released on the debut. I have a 15 track cdr of De Arrow's recordings, the band have many more of different versions of songs but they are in personel's vault.
  17. well the singer does have a similar look to Europe's Joey Tempest IMHO and that intro is very remiscent of late 80's Europe in thier prime. Overall this is a nice song, a little off the beaten path with male / female dual vocals and some saxx Props from creativity and not sounding alike most other aor / mhr bands around
  18. I love this bands first two album so needless to say I am looking forward to the new album
  19. I am hoping this album will be one the albums of the year, a real highlight for all melodic rock. Considering the two guys pictured above Jean Beauvoir & Mikki Free are the nucleus of the debut Crown Of Thorns record, I hope I'm not over expecting.
  20. I'd be very surprised if this new radioactive album isn't a top ten in my books but in saying that I kinda find the album more like a compilation with the different singers.
