I feel that PJ is heavily involved in behind the scenes with endangeredcds.com because the sales list is pretty much along the same lines Andy

Mbutt, what further proves Ryan as a bootlegger is that having bought off him several times, I still have the last package I got from him which was the wilder cds, the handwriting exact. The return address is Ryan's and in my Marchelo package there is a divine right cd which was legit. I have also bought from Al and done a few trades with him, I still have his package with pod - hung and another cd, different handwriting. What next, finger printing, LOL !! It can be arranged. Ryan still has not responded to my email. There were 3 others who recied a cdr as their Marchelo purchase. I know one of them did speak to Ryan and got a refund

I bought Marchello's The power of money cd from Ryan through ebay, his username screamercd, the advert/description given was that the cd is legit silver pressed cd, upon getting it I found it to be CDR. I have emailed Ryan about this without ever getting a response. I paid $203 for the cdr, Fraud? I have bought off Ryan numerous times and never had a problem with him before now.

I have also managed to catch this very young bunch of melodic rockers TEARGAS live on a few occasions and they can do no wrong! Fans of melodic rock take notice, there is more to Australian melodic rock than just Jimmy Barnes, John Farnham & ofcourse the mighty Avion, here comes Teargas!

I got screwed over with $400 of stuff, it was a huge order and guess he never had the cds.

me thinks these r boots. femme fatale apparently have a deal with z records that began early this year......... i doubt anything will come out of it.

i have never had any oppotunities in approaching my credit card provider for any fraudulent activity but I will me making an appointment with my credit card accounts manager of my business regarding a certain unsatisfactory transaction I experienced next year. I just hope I can get back what I'm owed instead of every cent I paid otherwise it would be unfair to the seller. Time will tell metalheads rippin metalheads off, what's their life come to one may ask. if kelly snow / mellissa stott who's been masquerading as purrfect kat is in way responsible for these malicious acts of thievery it 'd be another sad case and an ugly dent in this close knit aor / melodic rock / glam / sleaze trading community, she knows her music, she should be commended for and respected for her extensive knowlege of the scene which pj has verified by stating she knew more than him... if kelly snow / mellissa stott who's been masquerading as purrfect kat is in way responsible for these malicious acts of thievery then there needs to be huge sign on every metal website warning traders about her and her associate steve sp.. To forever drive them away from being involved in any metal scene. its so sadening to relaise these things are happening and there are dishonst people out there

paypal's service has got slower as time marches on it seems. Now if the money paid was taken from your credit card and not paypal's funds then I urge you to contact your credit card provider to remedy the situation, you'll get your answer within 10 working days, from what I have heard whatever case you put up gets closed within 3 working days, those guys are quick, I can not ever recall hearing anything bad about them, this is from about 20 odd cases, if you are in my situation then you'd get a refund and some peope have actually got the full amount outlaid for a purchase refunded when they requested for a partial one due to not getting everything they asked. Something worth thinking about I say and following through all the best

jlprocks the e mails i have between us state i paid for the bump n grind among others bad fashion tuff luck just to name a few but i got 5 cds i did not want on the first order........................ mail fraud my friend lol it's really saddnening to see a respectable and lovable bloke like you pulling a stunt this and there's nothing i can do about it unless it's gonna be on the very extreme side which i have no desire to be a part of.

I am sadened to read all this stuff, I can't believe this is happening and especially, has gone this far. Ebay stipulates no bootlegs but everyday there are sellers listing them. With the few elite collectors on this board one can't help but ponder that upon seeing the specific cd titles on sale from ss.pert that was never pressd on cd, why was'nt the appropriate action taken in contacting e bay and advising of the listings on ss.pert's auction. Please dont anyone take this personally but some one should have done something. I didn't bid on ssperts auction so perhaps it is not my place to comment but I do know how it feels to pay for a cd thinking your are getting the actual silver pressed cd that came out back in the day and only to get a cdr with the seller stating that was the cdr obtained from lead singer of the band and the the title I purchased was never pressed on cd. Words can not possibly describe the feelings I went through that day. Sometimes I think maybe its my fault for not being educated enough on matters concerning collectors of aor , melodic rock , glam , sleaze and that I deserved what I got. The good side of this is that this cdr was part of a huge order, over $1000 usd, (I am in Australia and I had to work hard for that money as anyone can see $1000 USD is not $1000 AUD, its much much more) and that the rest of the order are silver pressed cds. Also I didn't not get what I asked for, I also got a bunch of cds I didn't request on that order and they were replaced with something I'd purchase on my next order and were of lesser value. For those wanting to know the cdr I am speaking of, it is thrustt - call the boyz out ( my trust broken, call my mates in the country the seller resides and get them to kick this guys butt.. mmmm mmm nah). Over the years I've come accross a few collectors claiming to own the silver pressed cd ( being scarce as it is, it was never on the table as trade ) of the title however most collectors state the title was never pressed on cd. Has anyone actually seen or know or known anyone who has or had a silver pressed cd of the thrustt - call the boyz out please e mail me , melodicrockoz@yahoo.com Incidently the seller of the cdr to my knowledge was on great terms with the woman behind the ss.pert@hotmail.com kelly snow, infact going back 18 months and reading their posts on a certain major music website, one would assume they were enjoying one of life's greatest pleasures, a romantic courtship. I wonder if this gentleman who sold me the cdr advised kelly what he did to me thus making her to try and scam everyone else through ebay. Certainly a thought to ponder upon and something we may never know the real answer to. I do hope all who gets negative feedback implemented by ss.pert@hotmail.com on ebay has it removed and get your monies refunded in full if payment was made. Lets hope we don't come accross another ss.pert@hotmail.com on e bay and any other auction site. I will leave this at this point.
