I'm not generally a Bond fan either, not one bit (here in England they're on the TV all the bloody time), but the last 2 with Daniel Craig have been awesome action films - incredible stunts (the opening sequence in "Casino Royal" is unbelievable) & top chicks. Trust me, put your preconceptions aside & rent "Casino Royale".... Too right TIM, 2 fantastic action movies. Jesus Christ is this mini thread suggesting that Geoff hasnt seen either 'Casino Royale' or 'Solace Of Quantum' Mate you need to rectify this situation prompto..........2 of the THE best action films in recent history. Forget Bond.......think Bourne but with a much much bigger budget. Yeah, don't get me wrong, guys. I don't hate Bond films. They just bore me incredibly due to the fact that they'e all the same. I know these new ones will use all the advancements in technology to have spectacular action sequences and all that... and I would watch them if they were on TV or somewhere else for free, but generally I think I'd just get bored with it. Bad guys will try to kill him, he'll use tricks to kill them and there will be sexy women along the way to his inevitable route to victory. Harmless fun, but I cringe just thinking of it and it's not something I'd actively seek out. You couldnt be more wrong. The Bond of old is dead and buried. New Bond would kick Bourne's arse. I was genuinely shocked by the level of violence in Casino Royale......the stairway fight being a prime example.....almost left you feeling cold it was so real. No gadgets, no Q, no jokes.............just bloody brutal, brilliant Craig Seriously you would be gobsmacked if you saw these films. I jest not.

I was dicussing the semi final line up at work and all the people I`ve spoken to are rating Everton very highly and as they are the in form team with Utd, should be a great match up. More seem interested in this match than the other! Where are you from mate, if it`s not too personal a question? i'm not from UK and not many toffees around here.... hope we don't have the same ref as the one real has now.... Not many Mancunians where I`m from zero to be precise 1-3 to the Shrimpers.......the fab run continues. Play offs still not out of the question.

HAHAHAHA! Wrong people calling right people wrong is great! 'Burning down inside' is a great song... for people who like to hear choruses f*cking butchered by f*cked up drumming. They did the same with 'Meet me in the night'. Both songs would have been as good as 'Forever young' and 'Wings' if the drums weren't so f*cked in the chorus. Both choruses are 100% the reason I hate punk. That's true, but then Harem Scarem ruin every chorus with a ridiculous snare sound (way too high in the mix) too. Listen to the best tracks on "Human Nature" for proof. That doesn't make them bad songs though. I love "Burning Down Inside" because of the lyrics plus the fact it's more melodic, & the only song with keyboards in the foreground, but I can take or leave every other song on that album (though the first 3 tracks are clearly the highlight).... 'Forever Young' is my fav.......Wings and that are good as well, but its not until you see them live that you realise that 'Forever Young' pretty much kills every other track theyve ever recorded. Probably one of THE best songs ive seen live.

Hey mate thanks for asking! She's doing real well and is massive already. Due date is June 20th, but she wont make it past 37 weeks with twins so we are looking at say may 20th onwards. Well excited... Excellent mate, glad everythings going well mate, is your daughter looking forward to it? Do you know what sex the babies are or are you waiting for a surprise? Won`t be too long now mate Think I said further up that it is two boys......hence the Angus and Lemmy quips. Lily kind of understands what's going on but she's only two!

Decent choice, but I like "Living In Sin" more. And probably "In These Arms" too.... 'Living In Sin' is good, but too laid back. 'In These Arms' is way up there - def top 10 (BJ that is)....poss even top 5. Also there is 'Runaway' and one of my favs 'Come Back' (although quite a lot would probably disagree with this choice its always been one of my favourite songs).

Nice list. Now that you mention Danger Danger, how about 'Goin goin' gone', 'Afraid of love' and as far as ballads go, 'Don't break my heart again' is as good as it gets. I actually prefer 'Under The Gun' to all of them. Stunning song. (PS Paul Laine singing this at FF V was total bliss, even if he was pissed LOL!).
