  1. Re-release of 'Out Of The Blue' out December 9 through Frontiers. From Frontiers: Frontiers Music Srl is pleased to announce the signing of Tarmat, an exciting new AOR/Melodic Rock band hailing from Niterói, Brazil, for the release of their debut album, "Out Of The Blue". Alexandre Daumerie (vocals), Eduardo Marcolino (guitars), Gabriel Aquino (keyboards), and José Marcus (bass) formed the band in mid-2020 during the early stages of the global pandemic. Four longtime friends, they have played together in hard rock bands since 2006. Eduardo and Gabriel are also childhood friends who play together in the instrumental progressive rock band Anxtron. Born from a yearning to start a new band to write and play some original AOR-oriented music together, their upcoming debut album, “Out of the Blue” was recorded during 2021-22. Rafael Marcolino provided drums, while the album was mixed and mastered in Sweden by Eduardo Belchior (Intense Music Productions) and Ronny Milianowicz, respectively. With a clear nod to the '80s, yet sounding fresh, Tarmat's music is influenced by varied acts from across rock's spectrum such as Journey, Boston, Europe, Simply Red, Christopher Cross, Van Halen, Toto, and Queen. Melodic Rock/AOR fans from around the world will surely find much to enjoy on the band's debut, "Out Of The Blue". Tracklisting:1. Backbone Feeling2. Out Of The Blue3. Moving Backwards4. Gibberish5. 6. New single 'Live My Dream' from the new album out September 30. Press release: Ready to hit the airwaves with their new album, Norwegian heavy rockers STARGAZER release an appetizer for the record, in the form of the digital single “Live My Dream”. Working both as a statement and as a teaser for the album, “Live My Dream” is a song trailing hot in the classic heavy metal and hard rock genres, but with a clear personal approach, more Scandinavian if you will, which translates into a more melodic and atmospheric sound. ”A song about going far to live your dream”, singer Tore André Helgemo reflects on the song. ”Balancing between life and death, highs and lows, through light and darkness. It’s a hard luck life, anyway you don’t give up. Because you find along this rollercoaster ride, there is something, somewhere, that actually makes sense and gives you renewed energy to carry on. And you can’t give a fuck if anyone tells you this life of yours is insane, because it’s your life”. _________ After their previous release “The Sky is the Limit”, connoisseurs of the hard rocking world have started noticing Stargazer as one to watch. They received a lot of great reviews all over the western world and were then in late 2019 ready to take on the world for serious touring. Serious touring saw an abrupt end due to Covid for almost every band in 2020-21, Stargazer being one of them. So now, with the new album, plus the unfinished touring of the previous album, Stargazer is stronger than ever and ready to take on the world; coming alive, literally! Following up the success of their sound of “The Sky is The Limit”, the band is ready to take 2023 by the horns and make it their year. The five-piece powerhouse hammers on with Scandinavian vibes that consist of virtuosity and a vintage sound with a modern twist. Firing on all cylinders in combination with the sense of good melodies, great riffs, soloes and songwriting handcraft. With one of rock’s best voices and one of the best blues-based hard rock guitar players around today. All this on top of a rock steady hard groove with killer rock songs, or down to the most tender and heartfelt tunes with emotions worn on their sleeves. The new Stargazer album will be released in the first quarter of 2023 Lineup: Tore André Helgemo – vocals, rhythm guitar William Ernstsen – lead & rhythm guitars Sondre Bjerkset – keybards Jomar Johansen – bass Svend Skogheim – drums

  12. 'Re-Wired' out October 21 through Cargo Records. Press release: COLLATERAL are back touring as intensely as they were prior to covid. With UK wide tours with RECKLESS LOVE, HEAT and SKID ROW, Collateral are gaining more momentum than ever and are back at the forefront of rock fans worldwide. COLLATERAL have decided to re-release their debut album before unleashing the official 2nd studio album next year. Previously released in February 2020 the album managed a top 5 position in the UK OFFICIAL ROCK CHARTS. Now with its re-birth called ”RE-WIRED” the album has been re-mixed and re mastered but it doesn’t end there! Each track has a special guest featured. Angelo Tristan had this to say about the re-release.”Our debut album came out just before covid hit. We were halfway through a tour with Phil X promoting it when suddenly the world shut down so we weren’t able to get the album out there as much as we would have liked. We thought this album had so much more to give so decided to call a few of our friends around the world to ask if they would be interested in jumping on it. I didn’t expect the response to be so epic and now with the songs re mixed and re mastered with the added extra of some badass names on it, this album sounds like it should have done in the first place. Big, powerful and emotional! It sets us up nicely for our 2nd studio album early next year.” To match the buzz, the boys in Collateral have announced their new single ’SIN IN THE CITY’. The Motley Crue esq stadium riffs and Bon Jovi sized chorus melodies will wipe the cobwebs off the dazed and will be sure to get any crowd off their feet from the first chord. Front man Angelo Tristan says ”This track shows a raw, darker and fun side to us than anything we’ve released to date. You can see that when we play it live to a packed-out home crowd in London. Everyone just loses their minds!” Lead guitarist Todd Winger simply puts, “It’s a dirty riffing banger! My new favourite to play live!! Get ya dancing shoes on!” Tracklisting: 1. Merry Go Round (ft. Kelby Ray / The Cadillac 3) 2. Mr. Big Shot (ft. Jeff Scott Soto) 3. Promiseland (ft. Phil X / Bon Jovi) 4. Midnight Queen (ft. Danny Vaughn / Tyketto) 5. About This Boy (ft. Sari Schorr) 6. 13. From Frontiers: Arc Of Life, a progressive rock group featuring vocalist Jon Davison, bassist/vocalist Billy Sherwood, drummer Jay Schellen, keyboardist Dave Kerzner, and guitarist Jimmy Haun, have announced the upcoming release of their sophomore album, "Don't Look Down". Jon Davison and Billy Sherwood are both currently members of the legendary progressive rock band YES, while Jay Schellen serves as YES' live drummer. Dave Kerzner made quite the name for himself in the progressive rock scene via some high profile collaborations and ultimately his work with the well-regarded band Sound Of Contact. And Jimmy Haun is known for his work with YES, Air Supply, and Circa. These five prog musicians brought their cumulative experiences together to craft their own brand of progressive music, with YES being a common influence amongst all, but not the sole touch point of what they aspired to be musically. The band's mission was to acknowledge their influences while simultaneously reaching beyond them. Arc Of Life's self-titled debut album was released on February 12, 2021. The concept behind the album was, in keeping with the progressive rock philosophy, to craft creative, challenging, and ear-pleasing music that pushes boundaries. A lot of musical comparisons could be made to describe Arc Of Life’s grandiose and epic approach to music on their debut, but those descriptions are best left to the listeners to discern for themselves as repeat listens will reveal more layers. And such is the case again with their forthcoming sophomore album, "Don't Look Down", making Arc Of Life a true garden of delight for all progressive rock fans. Tracklisting: 1. Real Time World 2. 15. Phenomena - Psycho Fantasy (2 CD) From Metalville: Tom Galley started the Phenomena project in the 80s, and the first three albums featured big names from the hard rock scene (Glenn Hughes, Cozy Powell, Don Airey, Neil Murray, Brian May, Mel Galley, John Wetton, among others). For the fourth Phenomena album (which was released in 2006), Galley had again gathered illustrious names around him, especially in the category of singers. Besides newcomer Tony Martin (among others BLACK SABBATH) and veteran Keith Murrell (MAMA'S BOYS), it is above all Glenn Hughes (among others DEEP PURPLE), whose name in the booklet causes a lot of friends. With the first notes of Glenn Hughes the old feeling is back. It will actually be the songs sung by him that hold up the PHENOMENA flag here. With "Killing For A Thrill" it becomes even more modern than at the beginning, and the vocals almost go in the direction of rap, but then alternate with melodic-relaxed chorus. A very good, varied song! "So Near So Far" is the first clear PHENOMENA song that could have been on the second album. The finest AOR. Chemical High", sung by Tony Martin, is another highlight and the driving "Higher", on which Hughes can be heard again, surprises with slightly wacky keyboards in the middle section and a guitar marching towards metal. With "60 Seconds" follows a hammer song with female vocals and sophisticated song structure, which could even be interesting for fans of AYREON. Then comes "Crazy Groove" with a spacey beginning, which lives up to its name in the chorus - one of the wackiest PHENOMENA tracks ever. The thoughtful "How Do You Feel" would have fit on a DEEP PURPLE album, not only because of Glenn Hughes' vocals, and the two closing songs are again very rocky - Tony Martin has the last word here with "God Forgives". Here comes the reissue of 'Psycho Fantasy' with 6 bonus tracks featuring the following musicians: Lee Small (lead vocals), Kate Rushton and Joy Strachan (backing vocals), Bob Bowman and Lee Small (guitars), Lee Small (bass guitar) and Mark Leeson (keyboards). CD 1 1. Sunrise 2. Touch my Life 3. Killing for the Thrill 4. So Near So Far 5. Chemical High 6. Higher 7. Sixty Seconds 8. Crazy Grooves 9. How do you feel ? 10. All That I Need 11.
